that was delivered to his house on 4/20/17.  [redacted] did contact us and [redacted] Woods did go over and look at the topsoil. It was already all spread out and [redacted] Woods did not see any of the things that [redacted] said that he found.  [redacted] Woods offered him another yard of topsoil (free) to spread over the topsoil that was already spread but [redacted] refused it.    We screen our topsoil down using a 1" screen and sometimes small things can pass through. There is also a possibility that the truck was not inspected before loading the topsoil and there were a few things left in the bed of the truck. Again, we did not see any of the things that [redacted] said he found.   We tried to correct the issue but [redacted] did not like the offer of another yard of topsoil.  I do not feel that we should refund his money back since he already spread out all the topsoil and we did not see any of the things he said he found.

About 30 days ago, Frey Roofing, Curt [redacted], inspected two areas of my roof that were leaking and promised me an email estimate for the repairs within 5 business days. The estimate never came and despite leaving over 6 phone messages for Mr. [redacted] regarding this situation none of my calls were ever returned.

I hired [redacted] to put a new roof on my home and I was extremely pleased with the way the job went. He showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule and ended up included quite a few extras in the job that we hadn't even discussed such as painting all my aluminium flashing, vent pipes and skylight frames so they matched more closely to the color of my roof tile.
[redacted] and his crew leaders and installers were very professional and seemed very good at what they were doing and how they managed my job. I would highly recommend Frey Roofing to other people.
