furniture was scratched. Very minor scratch. She had blamed us for all of the pieces that we pointed out to her that had been damaged previously. Sometimes these pods are moved around several times where they are stored at. Ms [redacted] did not in fact purchase full coverage insurance. However we did refund her a portion of the move price. It is very clear on our contract that we do not cover minor scratches to pieces of furniture. We are very sorry that she feels she has not treated fairly. But however we feel that we have went above and beyond what was necessary to rectify the situation.
