I've been a dog/cat client of Friars Road Pet Hospital for over ten (10) years and have spent thousands of dollars there Over the last few years I've noticed that not only did their customer service decline, but also feel that their quality of service for my pets had declined, as well I did continue to take my two (2) dogs there because one (1) of them (Belle) had medical issues and I wanted her to continue to see DrPeterson since he was aware of her continued condition On Saturday, February 14th, we not only had a family emergency, but my beloved dog, Belle, experienced an emergency and needed to be put asleep I live an hour away and called them on my way and I spoke with three (3) staff members and I was told that they did not have time to deal with my emergency situation due to them being busy with other clients and it was a short work day No compassion to me and/or my beloved dog, Belle, what-so-ever! They were more concerned about getting off work on time I WILL NEVER WALK THROUGH THEIR DOORS AGAIN!!!
