I am rejecting this response because: Fridgewize has not contacted me regarding this matterI have not been contacted by phone nor email.They have not shown me any indication that they are working on resolving this situationI have had a fan motor in my cooler down for almost months with no resolution in sightAs the weather begins to warm up I am going to need to have all the fan motors working

Good morning, firstly I apologize for the inconvenience in replacing your motor that is not working under our warranty programUnfortunately it has been hard to source a new agent in the area as *** Hauge no longer works with our organizationI will be sourcing a refrigeration company to come out to your facility and replace the motor that is not workingIf you have a contractor that you prefer to work with and that services your warefrigerator I will happily call them and use them to complete the work
The process is usually very simple on our part and we do not have many issues with these motorsWhen they do however go down our agents are back with their clients to fix the issue.
Again my sincere apologies for the way this situation was handled and we will stand behind our product and replace the bad motor under our year warrantyI have Matt *** in our office handling the sourcing of the refrigeration contractor to complete the work unless again you would like to provide me with your refrigeration service contractor
