paid for parts and the cost of repair. As everyone can appreciate this A/C unit was not purchased at Friedhaber's store, but we took the unit in as a courtesy to the customer. I agree that the length of time is unsatisfactory, but please take note that this customer has not been left without a proper cooling unit in the hot months. I will continue to contact Haier to request Authorization on this unit and will follow up with the customer.Thank You,Bill F[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I read the response from the business...1st of all...how does he know that I was NOT left without cooling? And I WAS!!! I have a serious health condition and I cant not be without cooling in the hot months...I was blessed to be able to temp borrow a portable AC unit..but much of the summer I was without! I as I stated contacted Haier several times and they assure me that although Friedhabers is NOT an authorized service center that if they would email them all the information that Haier required that would get paid in full...this compressor is under my warranty! As far as him saying as a courtesy taking the AC unit in...I totally DISAGREE...this was no COURTESY! I was told repaired or not there would be a 50.00 charge! This response and statement is not true nor acceptable! I have talked with BIll many many times..via phone, although he usually does not return any of my calls and many emails that he tells me every time to send him the info... and to no avail! I will accept nothing less than this unit getting repaired asap! He is well aware that I must get this repaired and can not afford a new one as I am on disability and a limited income! I have offered to call haier yet again for what I dont know but...BILL always just tells me to email him all the information again!! I have all the emails saved. How was his response in any way a RESOLVE???? PLEASE get this unit repaired and call me when it is repaired and I will send someone to pick it up..I will accept nothing less in a timely manner. And I want something in writing showing what repairs were made and I am sure that it will come with a new warranty!

Review: They were to come look at my [redacted] refrigerator on 9 January 2014. They did not show. We called 10 January 2014 [redacted] came. He diagnosed the issue and stated the part would be in on 13 January 2014 and they would call to schedule the repair. We did not hear back from them. I stopped in the store and spoke to [redacted] on 18 February 2014 and I was to call with the model number. I called back on the 19th with the model number. [redacted] called back and needed the serial number. I called and gave the serial number to one of the girls. I called again on 24 February and spoke to [redacted]. He was going to check the mail and call me back. He never called. I called back on 26 Feb 2014 and spoke to one of the girls and she asked for the model and serial number put me on hold and came back with she just ordered the part and it would be in the next day. We scheduled the repairman to come on 3 March 2014. The repairman came and had no idea about the part. He was there to diagnose the issue and had incorrect model number and serial number. We have lost so much food due to the incompetancy of this company. We have used them for years to repair our appliances but this has gone to far. Please be careful using them for your service.Desired Settlement: We wont use them in the future. Please just warn people about this company!

We received your letter dated 3/5/14 for a complaint that was submitted on 3/4/14 and was assigned ID number [redacted]. Our records indicate the customer contacted our store for service on her [redacted] refrigerator. Since we did not sell the refrigerator to the customer originally we did not have her model and serial on file in our system. We have in stock two controls which were ordered for the customers refrigerator, after a failure of communication in a timely manner on our part we finally contacted the customer on 3/7/14, at which she indicated she did not want our company to install the parts. There was never anything charged to the customer in the way of service costs or costs of the parts.

It is not our normal policy to have such poor communication with our customers and regret the missteps that took place in this instance. We aiso apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Review: This company put a new [redacted] boiler in my home several years ago. I had a different company come to replace some heating units in my home this year (12/2013). Theyinformed me that the boiler was never installed correctly. The air venting unit was not the required length to work properly. The sensor unit was never installed which is still brand new and sitting in a package at my home. There was a 24 volt direct current running into the system which was not supposed to be in the boiler. The control board was not functioning and the lcd display never worked. All had to be replaced. The original install was tied into an old aquastat device which was also incorrect.Desired Settlement: This entire refurbishment of the boiler cost me thousands of dollars. This company had no business installing a product of this caliper in such a faulty manner.

Thank you for the letter dated 1/27/2014 ID number [redacted] concerning a complaint that was

submitted to your organization. The customer had a [redacted] Boiler model [redacted] installed at

his home on 4/7/2006. The boiler was installed according to the installation guide lines of the

manufacturer. Our company has been installing [redacted] boilers for the last 10 years with great

success. Our company also attends continued factory training on [redacted] products including boilers. .

Our internal records show one service call being done on this boiler at [redacted], and this was the only service work done to date. It was to replace a condensate pump,

which is an add on product and not part of the [redacted] system. I cannot believe that if the

customer had other issues concerning the system he would have not contacted our company previously.
