I live in one of your apartments in rockhill sc and for the last three months and now going into the 4 month I have been living in my apartment with a large size pizza box hole in my bedroom bathroom where I can see the neighbors bathtub and every time they shower there nasty dirty water is coming in my bedroom bathroom I have reached out too your corporate office and your management team hear and nothing is being done but yall have no problem with taking my rent money all I ask for is to be given a reimbursement of two months free rent .. I have been sleeping in my living room cause the smell of mold and God only knows what else not to mention the fact that we are still in a pandemic and all there dirty water is coming in my bedroom bathroom I'm living in squalor!

My property is horrible. There is no cleaning of the common areas. Spider webs, garbage, and dog feces are everywhere. Humongous potholes on one street for years. Broken mailboxes go unfixed and the post office refuses to deliver the mail until they are fixed. Constant maintenance problems in the units including water leaks. Pool has been closed all summer without explanation. Gym has been closed since I moved here years ago for remodeling, yet we are still being charged community fees with no community services. The manager is charming and kind during the leasing process she responds to your calls and answers your questions. However once you sign the lease she is unavailable does not answer the phone, dies not respond to your voice messages or emails. If you catch her in the office she is evasive and will not answer your direct question, or she lies and your problem continues. Calling Friedlam Partners executive office is no help. They will not let you talk to the regional property manager. You talk to a low level employee without any resolution. The worst mistake I ever made was moving here. And sadly I'm stuck paying for services that are not being provided because I cannot afford to move.
DON'T MOVE HERE. IT'S TERRIBLE

I am writing in regards to your property at ***, ***, SC. Me and my family have lived there since August 2018. It has been problem after problem since we moved in. Maintenance doesn't fix stuff in a timely manner. There is no one ever in the office if we have an issue. Also no one picks up the phone either. We pay for pest control but we have bugs and rats everywhere. The dumpster is overflowing all over the ground. It is a health hazard. When the staff is in the office they are rude and unprofessional. I have three special needs kids with health issues and this is beyond appalling. We deserve better than this for the amount of rent we pay. Don't consider moving here. Think twice. Can't wait until our lease is up. Like how I'm going about it now?
