Was told I would be getting a refund over a month ago , will not return calls or emails , did absolutely nothing in regards to what they were hired for
I was contacted by this gentlemen from this law firm promissing my services to get a modification and that he guaranteed it would get doneHe then asked for a payment of $up front for the services and stated that if my modification was approved by the other attorney that I am working with that they would give me a refund because they do it all the timeAnother lady called me from this law firm and said he provided me with information and that they do not give refundsI requested my money backI was told she would talk to the attorney and give me a call backit has been well over a week and I have not heard back from themNothing has even bee done to my file they just kept the moneyI am requesting a full refund or I will take this to the bar for services and advertisement
