As I explained to Mr [redacted] , refunds are processed from a different location and typically are sent within daysI will work to expedite this if possible

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I waited to respond days to see if he would actually do what he said he was going to do. As of today 10/23/the reimbursement has not been made as promised. After reviewing some of your previous complaints in your office, this seems par for the course. He has made this claim before and never paid as promised. The check seems to always be coming in the mail. If I don't receive reimbursement within the next days, I will be filing a legal claim against him in court. I have also shared this with the Oiho Attorney General and have had several discussions with them and they are investigating legal action as well. Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Issue has sent to Accounting Department; it is anticipated that issue will be resolved within the next two weeks.
