Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was told that when I returned the contacts on Tuesday, April unopened that I would receive my refund....so they stated they would call me when its ready or mail it When I called back to see if a check was ready or had been mailed....I was then told that the office only issues refunds ONCE A MONTH and that I would receive a refund in about weeks maybe weeks( which then I thought that was too long and I told them that)Here it is a month later close to a month 1/later and I still have not receive my refund of $ To resolve this I need to get a check for a refund of $before the end of this week of May 9th.It is not fair that I have returned the product in the same new condition and I have to wait over a month to get a refund back.For them to state that they are checking to see where the refund is at is unacceptable The amount of $is hard to come up with and for me to wait this long to receive my money back is ridiculous Regards, [redacted] ***
