We are responding to the copy of the [redacted] in which they provided. There are a few things we would like to point out.1. This form was altered after my signature to add the price.2. We were not informed of the amount of this pass obviously as it was not included on this form when signed on my copy which I have without it.3. We were lead to believe that it could be refunded by the dealer under special circumstances but did not question as the amount was not put on this form so at the time that one of the reasons we did not question it further and he quickly skipped to the coupon book and what a great deal it was.4. He only explained how the coupon book was to be used and emphasized that the entire time dodging the pit pass plan cost entirely.5. He deliberately failed to tell me this outright on the telephone if we could get reimbursed when I called to ask him about it at first.6. I called him on Saturday May 30th at 8AM in the morning and he said he was too busy and would have to get back to me on Monday, June1. Too early at 8AM in the morning? Also he had been in touch with the ** salesman (who used to work for F&F) who was taking this in trade and had time for him but no time for us to answer my question about this. He never returned my call and I waited an entire week after May 30th.7. We have been customers with Friend and Friend for years and have purchased several products in the past and have always felt that they were fairly reputable; however this seems that something is not right due to the items that I list above. Primarily his unwillingness to talk to me, call me as he stated and doctoring the statement after my signature as if to hide the price of the contract from immediate view during our purchase and skipping to other items.My husband and I feel that this salesman knows he did not do the right thing and he is hoping it will all go away. At this point due how he is handling it and the fact that he shows no obvious responsibility for this or anything I have asked of him I would like to know what our options are.
