The dealership my vehicle was sent to for service used an in-house Enterprise station in Galliano, LA, to rent a car to me while a faulty part on my vehicle was being replacedAll correspondence afterwards came from the FtCollins officeI was rushed through the inspection of the vehicle initiallyWhen the vehicle was turned in, the woman claimed there was a dent in the back hatch of the vehicleWe did not dent the vehicle while it was in our possessionThe dent could only be seen if it was not in direct sunlight, which was what the vehicle was in when we did the initial inspection and could have been easily missed and also easily popped outThere were very light scratches due to a stray cat jumping on the hoodThe woman claimed their system was down, but she was able to check and see that there was no previous damage reported, which doesn't make sense if the system was downThe woman did not give me any paperwork detailing the claim and did not submit the claim that dayI was rushed out so she could tend to another customerTwo months later, I received a bill for $to fix a complete buffing and new paint job on the hood (not necessary) and two dents to the hatch which required a complete removal of the hatch (also not necessary) along with a depreciation of value, loss of use, and other feesWhen the vehicle was turned in, there was only one dent and a customer drove the vehicle off while I was getting my keys from the service desk for my vehicle not even minutes after I turned the rental inI called to contest the amount and was given the run around and talked to in circles about how the vehicle had to be returned to a "usable state." None of my questions were directly addressed and I was told that I could have my insurance contest itThe bill was much higher than repairs of that nature should have cost, but I left that to my insurance to contestMonths later, I continued to receive emails and letters about the bill even though I notified them that my insurance had already contacted them about the claimFriday, May 6, 2016, I received a phone call notifying me that the insurance had the wrong claim number and Enterprise had had the wrong policy number but that it was all straightened out and the final bill would be sent to me, which would be my deductibleThe woman named a higher amount than my deductible should beI received ANOTHER email the Monday afterwards demanding that I pay the entire amount of $and when I returned the email, the woman did not know anything about the amount the previous woman had stated on the phone My experience with this business leaves me with the opinion that the individuals I dealt with were completely unorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent!

I would like to acknowledge the letter which was forwarded in regards to *** with written communication on a complaint which was filed on April 7th against Enterprise Leasing Company of Denver, LLC.
We verbally communicated with the customer on April 7th after we
received his complaint which was sent over by our Corporate Headquarters in St Louis, MOWe responded within minutes of receiving his complaint to handle his inquiry.
A member of our management team had come to a verbal agreement with the customer that Enterprise would pay for the entire rental ($193.96) along with reimbursing the gas portion via check of $sent on the 8th of AprilWe apologized for the issue that escalated from our local office.
There was a mutual understanding that this customer service complaint was handled and addressed in a timely manner.
Sincerely,
