Friendly Care

Dear Sir/MadamFriendly  Care has been serving MS. [redacted] since 02/2015. This client had 4 hours /week with this same worker ([redacted] ). Over the years health conditions of this client got worse and all of this time this worker was always with this lady, regardless of time or weather condition....

Client always called to office with words of appreciations about [redacted]’s work.  Lately, MS. [redacted] received increase of hours and 5 workers take care of her during the week, and again only thanks full words, we received from the client. [redacted] was favored worker for this elderly lady. Client could ask her came at different time, also she could ask her to leave and come back later to do something. [redacted] has a family, but never  said “NO” to this lady. When , we received firth complaint from sun, we offered him to switch to another worker, but Hi admitted, that his mother loves this worker and does not want to change [redacted]. After second complaint from sun, Hi refused to change a worker. When, we stopped [redacted], Hi called to office and I ask us send her back to his mother. Finally , I spoke with [redacted] directly, hi agreed to change [redacted], against his mother . When , I was talking to him, I bring to his attention , that this is a pre-holiday time and it will be not easy to find replacement quickly, because lot of people taking off on this time. He said , that  hi understand. All and every conversation with [redacted] , we notified [redacted] about. As of 01/03/17 replacement worker was assign with this client.
