We pulled a Equifax credit report on 5/15/and the score was a The credit reporting agencies generate the scores not Friendly Chevrolet The lenders use their own criteria to make credit decisions I have attached a copy of the credit score disclosure from 5/15/ Let me know if you need any further information.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:out of inquiries the day of 5/15/all were a score of except Friendly Chevrolet now that's a coincidence and I like to know how can they explain that I included documents to support this

I received the refund better late then neverThis is the third time this has happened to me and not only with this companyI think there is problems overall through the fieldI hope that in the future thos company does not put people money on hold like this when times are tough

Dear Sir/ Madam:Our service department has been in contact with Mr*** and we are making arrangements to repair Mr*** vehicle.With all warranties on vehicles, be it manufacturers or secondary, there will be a stipulation that the routine maintenance must be performedIt protects the issuer
from an individual that does not take care of their vehicle and then wants warranty repairs performed on their vehicle that result from neglectwe do not believe that is the case with Mr*** therefore we are going to assist Mr*** with his repairs.Sincerely,*** ***

It's unfortunate that Mrs *** had a difficult time getting her car fixedI cannot comment on why Rosedale Chevrolet said it wasn't covered or on why they wanted her to pay a deductible, I only know that the radio was indeed covered by
warranty and to the best of my knowledge the car is now fixed and in good working order

Is this truly a response after waiting days? The point of the matter is I was told numerous times by Friendly chev that nothing was wrong, each VISIT I told someone there that it IS still a issue and it was not right and it took for my whole sound system to go out for the issue to get resolvedI was out weeks with no soundObviously the tests was not made or yall slacked on your jobAlso I left numerous messages on so called management's voicemails and no one bother to return my callFor you all to respond by that little sentence is beyond ridiculousI cant see how this place is a credited business with the Revdex.comWhen I was looking in the lot the prior day to buying not one sales person came out to ask me anything, but I still came back the next day because of referral but I should of know you all had no customer serviceOr is I the color of my skin or that I was a woman? Everyone's time is valuable here so stop wasting mineI am the customer at the beginning and ending of the day

Dear Sir/Madam;
Ms. [redacted] did purchase a used 2011 Malibu in September of 2015. She was unhappy with the Malibu and in November of 2015 she purchased a new 2015 Trax.
The first deal on the Malibu was fully completed meaning that the bank had...

the contract and all license and title fees had been paid so when Ms. [redacted] exchanged vehicles the contract had to be paid off at the bank. Also the Illinois Secretary of State and the Illinois Department of Revenue fees were non-refundable which was $1,112. We did cancel all the products on the 2011 Malibu which lead to a refund of $3,899 that was applied as money down to the 2015 Trax purchase. We also gave Ms. [redacted] a $1,000
discount off of the MSRP on the purchase of the 2015 Trax aid she received a factory rebate of $2,250.

Ms. [redacted]'s monthly payment did increase but she went from a used 2011 Malibu to a new 2015 Trax. She states that:She is paying $40k for a $221 vehicle but the $40k but that figure includes interest which is paid'to Heartland Credit Union not Friendly Chevrolet.

We are replying to your letter on 08/10/17 on ID [redacted]. We did a recall on this customer's car. The recall was for replacing the front valve cover assembly. Which we did exactly what the recall instructed us to do step by step. When the valve cover is replaced there is very little oil loss. After...

the engine is shut off the oil runs back down in to the engine oil pan. After the recall was completed our tech did check the oil on the customers car and states it was not low on oil at the time that the recall was performed. We as Friendly Chevrolet do not take any responsibility in Mr. [redacted]'s problem with his car. As Mr. [redacted] stated he drove the car for two weeks after the recall was completed. The closing facts are we completed the recall to Mr. [redacted]'s car step by step per General Motors. We are not responsible for his upkeep on maintenance on his car. We still wasted our time at your facility. You still have not provided us with the headrest. we would like oil changes free of charge and a sincere apology. I hated the way this dealer handled business and will never return to Friendly in Springfield.
