One year ago I purchased my *** *** from friendly ford It was sold to me under the pretense that it had a performance aftermarket exhaust system The truck had just under 10,miles on it at purchase and years of its factory warranty left It was also sold as pre certified Upon inspection of the truck prior to purchase I looked underneath for rust and noticed multiple heavily rusted joints on the exhaust and wanted them fixed before purchase They put the truck in the lift and a technical member of the team at friendly ford said they would be fine and it would not be an issue I then trusting the experts at the dealer proceeded to buy the truck One year later as I assumed it would the exhaust broke When I brought the truck in the Service manager Ryan Mput the truck in the lift and a *** technical person, myself and the service manager looked the truck over It was at the moment I was made aware the exhaust was a crap job, that it was some ford parts and some

I took my *** *** to Friendlys to be repairs on 11/14/for a concern I had that the car was shaking at 55mph and I felt like it was coming from a tireI’m a nurse, not a mechanic, so I rely on the professionals to do their job appropriatelyI paid $and was told they fixed the problemThe vehicle is my second vehicle so I don’t drive it often so I picked it up and drove it home, which is miles from the dealership (and all 30mph speed zones) Because I trusted the dealership when they told me they fixed the problem I didn’t think I needed to drive the car out of town to see if it was actually fixed or not Approximately two weeks later I drove the car out of town and I noticed it was shaking just as it was before I dropped it offI text the sales manager Mike Fon December and he said to bring it right back and they would look at itSo I didI told him how my father thought that there was a problem with an inner tie rodI got a call a half an hour later tel

At the Time of purchase I was told my *** Diesel Truck had a new transmission in it which is why I bought THAT truck VS the many others I test drove After I put 23K miles on the truck, the transmission went and had to be replaced at the cost of $ I contacted the general manager (Brian R.) in an attempted to resolve the issue, and got no resolution at all Instead I was lied to and told I was never told there was a new transmission put in the truck The sales woman (Holly S.) told me it was a factory buy back and had a new transmission She also stated the vehicle had been in an accident When speaking with MrRhe told me it had never been in an accident, during this conversation with him he said he was looking at the *** report I then purchased a *** report which clearly states it had been I feel as though I have been cheated and at a very high personal cost to myself and family I have spoken with a few other people who have purchased from Friendly and t

I have had a four wheel drive issue with my ***The dealership has worked on the vehicle three times since December 19, I just got the vehicle back on January 24, after the third time of repairI drove the vehicle back home and it didn’t make any noise seemed fixedOn January 25, I drove the vehicle to work and then to my parents with no issuesAlthough while driving home I went over a bridge that had a slight bump (I’ve driven this way many of times prior) well I heard a rattle in my front endSo I was like hmm so I proceed home and pass a pulled over car and had to drive over the rumble strips that we have to ensure you do not fall asleep at the wheel and go out of your lane and if the road is covered with snow so you know you don’t go out of your lane well with doing that my front end sounds like something is brokenBy the time I got home I couldn’t contact the dealership until today January 26, When I called the dealership I explained everything to

I purchased a *** *** in February of 2015; At the time of purchase I stated that I wanted gap insurance confirmed before I signed any paperwork The finance manager stated that I was covered and all was good! On October 25, I was involved in a car deer accident which resulted in my vehicle being a total loss When I contacted my loan company *** *** they stated I did indeed not have the GAP insurance; They advised me to contact the car dealership to find out what went wrong I contacted the dealership and a call back from them stated I had signed a GAP waiver! I disputed this over the phone and they stated that I could come over and see the document that I had signed I went there to see if I had In fact signed a waiver and when presented the document it was not my signature the dealership manager Bryon Rstated that their was nothing they could do but get me into another vehicle I was given a budget and test drove a *** *** and agreed t

Mr*** truck was first picked up and brought into our facility 12/29/we replaced the 4xactuator and returned the vehicle back to the customer. Mr*** called back and stated that he still heard a noise so we got his fback On 1/3/and replaced the check valve for the 4x
system which would not hold vacuum per *** ssm 46815. Mr. *** then drove down to the dealership on 01/06/and rode with a technician to duplicate the concern. I had the technician then do a trial and error we removed the leveling kit to make sure that wasn't causing the concern. We then removed the front half shafts and drove it to see if the noise went away. We found the noise was coming from the front differential. We removed the cover found that there was damage to the front ring and pinion we rebuilt the front end assembly and tested and verified the noise was gone. On 01/27/he called to the dealership and described a concern to the service advisor, where he was advised that he would have to bring the vehicle down to the dealership. The Following day the noise still persisted he took the vehicle into the local dealership and they removed the wheel and found both caliper bolts were missing. Once we were advised of this concern we had the vehicle towed to our dealership and took a vehicle to the customers houseThis vehicle is covered under *** Manufacturers warranty. The customer did call *** and requested a buy back and *** declined. Friendly Ford offered to make a $payment for Mr*** truck for a good will gesture. Mr*** wanted us to replace the tires instead of making the payment and Friendly Ford agreed. Ryan MarkoFriendly FordService Manager315-789-

It is regretful that the grievances of *** *** were outside the control of Friendly Dodge***’s complaint was that she was unable to complete a purchase after being at the store for an extended period of time*** applied online, prior to coming in, to see if we could help her based on her
credit applicationWe were glad to inform *** we had lenders available that would help her and invited her inThe inability to complete the purchase stemmed from ***’s trade in vehicle that had a payoffThe trade had body damage that was not repaired and was in poor overall conditionThe condition of the trade created a challenge that was not anticipated until the vehicle was inspected at our locationThe payoff exceeded the value of the vehicleWe advised *** that her best option was to look at a new vehicle with rebates which might help her trade that vehicle in spite of this challengeThis was a suggestion based on ***’s desire to roll the negative equity into another vehicle. Unfortunately, the approvals *** received did not provide her the ability to purchase a new vehicleThe dealership is regretful of this situation and tried everything within our power to help *** achieve her goal of trading out of her vehicleThe time period *** was a guest in our showroom was from approximately 10:30am to 2pmThis is longer than the average person, as a result of the finance department working hard on structuring loan approvals and making multiple calls to ask for exceptionsAfter exhausting all efforts the finance manager explained that we were unable to get an approval which would allow for a payment that supported a new vehicle but could not roll the negative equity into a pre-owned oneThis left everyone in a spot where we would either need a co-signer or a down payment to cover the negative equityNeither of these being available to help *** we were unable to complete the transaction based on bank approvalUpon receiving an email from *** stating that she was trying to contact our store unsuccessfully we contacted her to try and address her concernsDuring that conversation we explained that we had tried everything we could to help her but she was unable to roll over her negative equity at this timeAs we addressed the issue of how long she was here *** stated she had no interest in talking with us and hung up the phoneHer frustration arose from our ability to track her time here and pull up email conversations that did not exactly line up with her initial complaintsUnderstandably *** was also upset that she had made the trip in and that drive time was also, in the end, unproductiveUltimately, we are regretful that we were unable to help ***Nevertheless, Friendly dodge conducted business in a fair and professional mannerWe would love to be able to help every customer in every situationEven though this will not always be possible we will continue to try and help everyone at Friendly to the best of our ability

On 12/09/I purchased a used *** *** *** Premium Sedan This vehicle was primarily purchased for my spouse Please note this dealership is approximately hours from my home The following week there was an issue with the brakes My spouse returned the vehicle to the dealership, exact date I cannot recall as no paperwork was provided upon return The brakes were deemed good, and my spouse was advised that his driving style was not correct for the vehicle and must be changed Neither one of us had an issue with this However, when the vehicle was purchased there was only key for it My spouse contacted our local *** dealership and ordered/paid ($145.75) for a new key on 12/30/ When the key came in the *** dealer contacted us and my spouse took the vehicle to them on 01/05/for the key to be programmed The *** dealer performed a multi-point inspection on the car at that time They discovered via VIN that there were open safety recalls,

In early October my husband and I visited Friendly Ford and then ultimately purchased a new vehicle We were treated well through the sale and, when I have questions about our vehicle, we get immediate answers I get the impression that they are not only looking at the immediate sale, but future sales as well Kudos to Eric C*** and the whole Friendly Ford team
