I purchased a vehicle new from this dealership had repairs done poorly they refuse to even look at my car after the initial repairBecause they did repair no other dealership will look at car and say it has to go back to them I have been trying tiger my car serviced for over three months and am still trying They are fraudulent sell u extended warranties and then say they are no longer doing business with youCustomer service is extremely poor and rude They do not deserve to have service contract with fords renewed I have a brand new car that I cannot even get serviced it's completely arrogant on their behalf to refuse to even look at there work I am being told they are the best qualified to evaluate the car but yet they have never even looked at the car completely insane if u ask me

I'm local here in Las Vegas three (3) years running now and a car 'guy' - I tried this dealership for a few oil changes - DO NOT GO HERE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL - they hire inexperienced kids who do nothing more than damage your car, and when you go to the Managers, they treat you like a second-class citizen. They screwed up all of my rims while performing a 'simple' tire rotation. They always put the wrong air pressure in my tires ..etc.....they have no loyalty to any long time customers (I had two (2) other customers tell me even worse stories) while we waited forever for our cars - I'll try [redacted] or [redacted] - But be wise and learn from everyone's mistakes in coming here for service - AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY AND ALL SERVICE (unless of course you like your car damaged and the managers telling you to go f yourself)

Review: The day I picked up my vehicle I noticed it had damage to the rear bumper and quarter panel that was not there. The [redacted] tried to offer me $400. I refused the offer and told him "I just wanted the truck fixed". I told him "I would just keep my vehicle that I was trading in until the new truck gets repaired". He then told me to "take it to the body shop of my choice, to let him know what the repair cost is and Friendly Ford would take care of it". When I called him with the $1,900 estimate he said that was impossible! I explained to him that the rear quarter panel and bumper were damaged and he "said that's to much money"! I then reminded him I did have insurance on the vehicle when it was damaged and I asked him who their insurance provider is and refused to tell me. He replied "It doesn't work like that"! I have left numerous messages on [redacted]' voice mail and have not made any progress in resolving this issue. I spent $48,000 on this vehicle and don't think it is fair that I have to put an insurance claim in for something this dealership did! Please Help!Desired Settlement: Pay to have my vehicle fixed, I also should have the body shop of my choice preform the repairs, so they will do a thorough job.

Review: Ford drove my car, hit another. Payed for the repairs and was supposed to pay for the rental car but didn't. 3 months later the money was taken out of my account. Ford said the manager before stopped paying the bills but they would send me a check in the mail. Never did. A week later I called back said they didn't mail the check they would have the car rental put it back on my card. Another week later I called again was told it was best if I called myself to the rental because they have been trying. I called the rental and they said they needed the numbers off the bill that ford had. Called back ford and they told me they would call the rental place. Called the rental place few hrs later. Ford never called back. I have called cooperate ford and made a complaint, I have called the head boss at ford a few times and left voice mails has not called back. Every time I call back they leave me on hold. I am just trying to get my money back that was taken out of my account 3 months later because they didn't want to pay the bill anymore for hitting my car. A police report was done on my car as well.
