Well, this was my worst ordeal about renting an apartment. Me and my family went through [redacted] with this company and the manager ([redacted]) needs some classes on customer relations!
We contacted him in june about finding an apartment for us but we moved here on 08/29/2015! Almost 3 months and my boyfriend ended up doing his job by following up with the property manager, the association to the apartment complex till we got in.
At one point I personally wrote him an email after I was totally frustrated and he ended up demanding $100 claiming the email was abusive(i wonder if abusive has 2 meanings?!) and anyways who couldn't feel the way I did for him causing inconvinience in my family?
An office with angry customers on a regular basis isn't healthy business so to cut the long story short, I am one of the disatisfied customers who represents all other disatisfied customers who haven't left a review, I would never, ever recommend this company to anybody. Never, and he never answers his phone when you really need him! He texts but never replies yours..........
