Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response message from Inside Rides was not truthful and actually pure garbage Bottom line is that the complete logo was emailed to Inside Rides two times In the first attempt, [redacted] decided on his own to not follow what I had requested which was a black background for the logo section with black side stripes He took it upon himself to have the logo background be white in color and to crop my company logo without my permission After rejecting the first seat cover, [redacted] agreed to redo the cover to my original design and no extra cost He specifically told me "hey, it is custom, this is part of the process No problem, we will fix it." The additional charge of $was never mentioned by [redacted] to me I was never told of any additional charges. As far as the statement in regards to me driving off and not paying him anything.....he told me after the second time of it still being wrong...I asked "now what do we do?" His exact words were "I'm taking the seat cover off, and we are parting ways." Which was a shock to me, never have I been treated that way as a customer He had the actual complete logo emailed to him It is not the customer's responsibility to make sure the embroidery company that Inside Ride hires does it's job correctly.Bottom line since day 1, Inside Rides had the actual complete logo [redacted] claims he is a high end custom shop What I was asking for, certainly was not a complicated job I did not want or ask for anything for free All I am asking for is the property which I own, which is the original seat cover Without the original cover, the new upholstery shop has to charge $extra for the time it will take to create a template because they do not have anything to go off of - which is why I need the original cover - my property - back Inside Rides is refusing to return my property, which is why I had requested [redacted] to provide the funding for half the cost of a replacement cover to be used as the missing template If this is not accepted and the 50% value (including 50% of the shipping and handling) of the replacement cover not paid by Inside Rides within business days from 7/21/2015, he will force me to file this in small claims court We will also request all filing and court fees be payable by Inside Rides

Just to clear thing up, there are no additional charges on the customers truck seatThere has been no moneys at all received from this customerHe decided to go elsewhere but there were fees incurred in this process such as materials and embroideryAll of which were proofed by the customer before completionThe total costs for materials and embroidery are $I am willing to take a loss at $in an effort to to compromise with this customerSincerely*** ***Inside Rides

The response message from Inside Rides was not truthful and actually pure garbage.    Bottom line is that the complete logo was emailed to Inside Rides two times.  In the first attempt, [redacted] decided on his own to not follow what I had requested which was a black background for the logo section with black side stripes.  He took it upon himself to have the logo background be white in color and to crop my company logo without my permission.    After rejecting the first seat cover, [redacted] agreed to redo the cover to my original design and no extra cost.  He specifically told me "hey, it is custom, this is part of the process.  No problem, we will fix it." The additional charge of $300 was never mentioned by [redacted] to me.  I was never told of any additional charges. As far as the statement in regards to me driving off and not paying him anything.....he told me after the second time of it still being wrong...I asked "now what do we do?"  His exact words were "I'm taking the seat cover off, and we are parting ways."  Which was a shock to me, never have I been treated that way as a customer.  He had the actual complete logo emailed to him.  It is not the customer's responsibility to make sure the embroidery company that Inside Ride hires does it's job correctly.Bottom line since day 1, Inside Rides had the actual complete logo.  [redacted] claims he is a high end custom shop.  What I was asking for, certainly was not a complicated job.  I did not want or ask for anything for free.  All I am asking for is the property which I own, which is the original seat cover.  Without the original cover, the new upholstery shop has to charge $300 extra for the time it will take to create a template because they do not have anything to go off of - which is why I need the original cover - my property - back.  Inside Rides is refusing to return my property, which is why I had requested [redacted] to provide the funding for half the cost of a replacement cover to be used as the missing template.  If this is not accepted and the 50% value (including 50% of the shipping and handling) of the replacement cover not paid by Inside Rides within 10 business days from 7/21/2015, he will force  me to file this in small claims court.  We will also request all filing and court fees be payable by Inside Rides.

This is in response to Mr. [redacted]'s concerns dated July 15 2015. I would once again like to apologize to Mr [redacted] for our miss interoperation of what was expected when the truck seat was originally completed. Upon his disapproval, we assured him that every...

attempt would be made to present him with a product that would be to his satisfaction at no additional cost. We discussed all that needed to be changed and it was agreed to move ahead on the newly discussed design. I want to reference the extended time line for the completion of the seat. When a customer wants custom embroidery, that is sent to a vender that specialized in this type of work on vinyl products. It was mentioned at the time of estimate that my completing time would be 4 to 5 week after receiving completed embroidery. Unfortunately the embroidery shop was very slow to complete the design. I did explain my situation to Mr. [redacted]. I understand his frustration and I have since found a new shop to work with us on this type of product..      Upon receiving the newly embroidered vinyl panel I met with Mr [redacted] as a precautionary measure asking him to proof and approve the new design before we sewed the new seat together. The proof was approved by Mr. [redacted] as noted on invoice (photo A). We completed the new design taking extra care to meet all of the newly requested changes. (see Photo C). I called Mr. [redacted] to let him know the seat was completed and mention again how sorry I was and also discounted the bill from $1500 (see estimate photo B) to $1200 (photo A) to try to make up for the extra trips that had to be taken to our shop.     Mr. [redacted] came to pick up the seat on July 15 and as he carefully looked it over he noticed a part of the embroidery that was left off by the embroidery shop (photo C). You can understand how frustrated we both were at this finding. Once again the seat was rejected. Understanding his frustration I began do discuss what the next step should be. He said to redo the seat again with repaired embroidery. I explained that I could most certainly do that but  there would be some costs involved to him because the missing artwork was a piece that was approved by him. This was not acceptable to Mr. [redacted]. We then discussed what the resolution should be and I was told any costs to him were not expectable and he thought it might be the best idea to perhaps take his seat to different upholstery shop. I explained that the artwork was proofed by him and thought he could take some responsibility for this unfortunate oversight. I discussed that we had some costs incurred in embroidery , labor and materials of $300. We removed the custom cover as discussed, Helped load the seat into his truck and before we had a chance to settle up for material and embroidery costs he drove off and left us with no moneys. I was bothered by the whole incident for days. this is a high end custom shop and I have not had to deal with this type of thing before.     In regards to the old seat cover, I apologized to Mr.[redacted] when he called several days later asking for the old seat cover. It is not a practice to save tattered coverings. It is now however implemented that all coverings be saved until full delivery of product.     Please except this as my explanation of the events that accrued in regards to Mr [redacted]Thank you[redacted]Inside Rides
