client to state I had a financial emergency, and that I would need more timeAgain, I assured her that I fully ,intend to keep my promise to her, in the name of a good business relationshipI have done nothing wrong in this instanceAs I promised, I do plan to return the funds, in fullHer issue is that I am not acting fast enough to do what I DON'T have to do at all! Ms [redacted]'s mom came in on about March 3 and signed the contract forrental of Friends for the August date.  We have her a copy of the contract which discussed security deposits, rules relative to cash bar or open bar as well as a 150.00 outside catering fre if friends does not prepare...

food.  We talked to [redacted] at the same time that mom was signing the contractwherein [redacted] stated she planned to do an open bar.  She mentioned several type liquor a that she would want incl citric.  We talked about a 600.00 minimum sales and no outside liquor.  Several days ahead we had not heard from [redacted]so we called about the liquor minimum sales etc.  she stated she was having a party on the day before the friends event, and she would make enough money to buy the liquor at friends.  When she arrived for her scheduled 7 to 11 event, she already had several guests and the food was set up.  I approached her re the 150.00 outside catering charge and she said "I don't have it"
