At Omnicare, we strive to meet all customer's expectations. I...

have spoken to [redacted] regarding this account on several occasions. Omnicare has billed the customer's insurance correctly and the customer is being billed for her copays and OTC medications. The customer has been receiving an invoice monthly with all the detailed charges listed but has yet to make a payment. I also spoke to the facility regarding this customer and they have spoken to [redacted] as well and advised her that she is responsible to pay the balance due to Omnicare.

We had sent in the application to Omin care for my brother in law [redacted] and were told he was denied due to he was not eligible for medicare or medicaid. I had attached a copy of the application that they said the did not receive and a copy of the original notice telling them who at Omni care we spoke to and they said they had the application and it was denied. The last message here I received was from Omni care stated they have the application I attached through Revdex.com and they would get back to us. We have not heard back anything. They has been no agreement or conclusion to this issue.

To address your concerns regarding not receiving the statements in the mail - I would like to verify the address we have on file to mail the statements to.  Omnicare has 10000 Marshal Corner Rd.  White Plains, MD 20695-2855.  Can you please verify if that is correct?  Also, we do have a statement management website that you can login to every month and review the statements and the amount due.  You can also set up to receive statements electronically and even set up auto pay.  The website is https://omnicare.statementmanagement.com.  You will need the payment ID and the validation code from the statements as well as the resident's date of birth to register.  If you would like for me to email any statements to you, you may communicate with me by email or phone.  My email address is heather.g[redacted]@Omnicare.com or my phone number is [redacted].  As for the concerns regarding the information as to what the insurance paid and what Omnicare billed the resident - on the statements beside the medications it will state the word (COPAY) to indicate that an insurance was billed and the copay is being billed to the resident.  For this resident, we have billed her Tricare insurance.  As for the amount the insurance paid, this information can be found on the Explanation of Benefits provided to you by your insurance company.  This is standard practice for all of Omnicare customers.  Per notes on this account, all records requested have been mailed or emailed to [redacted] per her request.If you have any further questions or need any other information, you may contact me at heather.g[redacted]@omnicare.com or [redacted].
