We were hired by the customer [redacted] to install the well and the mechanics that go inside the well and the tank and the offset lines.? The Electrician is not included, which is clearly written on the Proposal.? We installed the system and we waited for the electrician to go over to do the electric so we could hook up to the systemDo to the fact that we can not go into the electrical panel.? He was suppose to leave a pigtail for us to hook up to.? The specs(voltage and amps needed) of the pump and motor were given to the customer for the electrician.? The electrician hooked up the electric and the system (which is what we do to make sure all is working properly and no leaks) we received a call for no water and responded and found that there was only 120.? That is why she received a invoice for that call for the total of 85.00.We went over another time and replaced a relief valve and there was no charge for that call. The other invoice was for sediment in the water, when we went over we found that there was sediment in the water which can plug up the pump and the mechanics in the well.? The technician explained to the customer that some wells are prone to sediment and in that area there is issues with some wells in surrounding area.? He also told the customer that he would have an estimate sent over to her by email.? The charge for that call was for us trouble shooting the issue? She called for the estimate and received the estimate, set up an apt and then cancelled it and said she would call back and rescheduleShe never did call back to reschedule, she did call a month later and complain about the bill, that was it.? We had made several attempts to contact her and no return calls we emailed her several times also with no return calls.Unfortunately she contacted you instead of trying to us to fix the problem and come up with a compromise.Thank you? Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.? ? ?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
Referring to Well Works response they state: “We Installed the system and we waited for the electrician to go over to do the electric so we could hook up to the system.” They are stating that hooking up the system was included in the install process Well Works first drilled the well and connected the tank and offset linesThen they told me the requirements for my electricianHe came and ran a wire to the tankThe electrician left the required “pig tail” for Well WorksI then called Well Works and asked them to come complete the hook up to the pig tail (electrical line)The technician that came out did not know what he was doingHe said something was wrong and the electrical line was only reading and he leftTo clarify the line has two HOT wires within the coatingThe two wires are each connected to one terminal on the switch which total the needed to operateAfter the technician left, my husband and I were able to figure it out with the help of googleI do not understand why I am being charged the $for the technician to come finish the hook up, as they stated it was included in the installNever mind the fact the technician couldn't do it The following time that Well Works was called out was right after we got the well runningThe relief valve was leaking and the company did fix it We had the well running for a few months now without a speck of sandAll of a sudden we were getting piles of sand in the water that clogged up every appliance and faucetAgain I called Well Works and spoke with someone in the officeIt took two weeks and multiple phone calls to finally get a technician to come outThe technician then spent over an hour running the water out of a hose and looking at itWell Works states that they are charging me for them trouble shooting the issue I have since had another company correctly diagnose the problem to be a faulty check valve within the well pipeI paid $replace the check valve and have not had a sand problem sinceThe Well Works technician did not properly trouble shoot my water problem, which would have taken minutes if he bothered to look inside the well pipeInstead he tried selling me a $system that I did not need As far as Well Works stating that I made an appointment, then canceled itAs well as their attempts to contact me are completely falseI have not received any emails or phone calls from themBefore contacting the Revdex.com I called Well Works multiple timesOnly to be told the manager would call me back and never didThe only response I have received is the constant calls from the collection agency As I have already spent $to replace materials that Well Works Installed, I find it outrageous that Well Works is charging me for incorrect trouble shooting and installation work that was not completed.Regards,
