I had to deal with Cleaner & Dryer due to flooding in my basement, and have been waiting for weeks to get estimates and make progress on required work. I had to contact them every day for the duration of the project to request updates on the work status, workers being late or not showing up at all. They left a complete mess in my basement, things placed unsafely including glass, attempted to clean the carpet and left an unbearable odor in the room, and the list continues. In conclusion, I had the worst experience with this company. I am appalled by the unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism, carelessness and disrespect toward the customer, from the part of workers all the way to project and office managers. I would NOT recommend them to anybody who cares about their health, their home and their peace of mind.
