I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I understand that the business is contacting their accounting department, however I have called directly to their office line and left a message for management to call me back on this matter with no calls being returned The check was mailed back the day I received it with the wrong names on it since the lease only had my name on it Not understand such a huge mistake could have happen now it is six month since I have vacated the apartment and only trying to get my security deposit returned This is by law consider fair business practice I am hoping to see the deposit in my P.O box by the end of the week as my attorney has started actions alreadyThis make me wonder how many other victims did Tracy do this to Regards, [redacted]
