on their website, which is yet to be updated with current ingredient list.

I write in response to your March 9, 2017 letter forwarding the purported complaint of "[redacted]" about the business of Friendship Dairies, LLC. ("Friendship"). We have been unable to locate any record of having received your prior email or mail about this complaint or any initial contact as claimed by "[redacted]" in her complaint. In any event, Friendship takes matters such as those raised by "[redacted]" seriously. Please note that Friendship is under internal guidelines to routinely review its websites and modify the content of such websites as appropriate to consistently and accurately describe its products. In regard to this particular complaint, Friendship has recently updated its website regarding certain of its cottage cheese products. A copy of this content is included here. Regardless of these content changes, Friendship denies that any of its website content is misleading consumers in any respect and/or that any consumers have relied on the content of its website as the basis in connection with their purchase of any of Friendship's products. Indeed, any consumers purchasing Friendship's products have ample opportunity to review the ingredient panel on such products prior to purchasing them and such panels fully disclose the ingredients of all Friendship's products consistent with applicable federal law and regulations.
