Friendship Hotel

Review: On September 26, 2014 at approximately noon (PDT), I phoned the Friendship Hotel at 619-298-9898, which I assume is to the hotel's front desk. I told the woman who answered that I was calling for the hotel's general manager. She claimed that she was a manager, so I said I would like to speak to the head manager. She refused and demanded that I speak with her instead. When I asked for her first name, she hung up on me. I take it that she lied to me, which immediately raises concerns regarding whether the management is above board.Desired Settlement: I would like the complaint to reach the general manager. I would like him or her to email me regarding what action he will have taken regarding the employee or junior manager.
