Well after reading this response from Mr [redacted]....1 was never a meeting set up after I called twice .it was the manager from auto department who called me .no other talk about rotating was had .
The only reason she still takes her car to them is the warranty that she needs to keep up on to have it .
I would like to add under 60000 had the motor rebuilt in it wow new car.
And of course mama said okay to the work she's 72 and wouldn't know any better.and has for the rotation they said they did I know wasn't done because of scratches on the front rim was still in the same place .
The last time front wheel alignment was done it did pull . The fix for it that time was oh you need new tires....well if was out of alignment when had done else where. And the tires lasted that winter and 2 of them are being used this winter.
And after reading summit Hyundai page I see we aren't the only ones complaining.

Received business response:

Mr. [redacted], is the complainant on record for the service visit for his mother-in-law's car that was serviced at our location. I want to address a few items [redacted] made note of in his concern.
[redacted] suggested that on a previous visit, Summit Hyundai...

performed an alignment to this vehicle and did not do the job properly, and that he had gone to another shop to have it fixed, with the outcome resulting in a reimbursement. It seems this is where the mistrust began with the client, and yet they still returned to do business with us.
On the most recent service visit, a control arm bushing was found to be separated (80%) and the alignment was checked and found to be out of specifications. The repair work was authorized by the owner of the vehicle, and completed that same day.
The accusations are as follows from the complaint;
Control arm bushing that was replaced was not needed
Alignment was not out of specification because the car was not pulling and lack of tire wear
Tire rotation was not performed
We ripped off a 72 year old lady
Accused the Service Manager of being a liar
Received a second opinion after the work was completed
Our service manager contacted [redacted] to review his concern that he lodged, and to set up a meeting with him. [redacted] did not come in to visit our Service Manager to have that conversation, [redacted] accused us that the tire rotation was never performed, and to show the customer the benefit of doubt, we offered to do it at no charge which he declined. The control arm bushing was retrieved by the technician who performed the work and indeed it was separated, which is a safety issue. [redacted] accused us of showing him a part off a different vehicle, and would not participate in meaningful dialogue. The alignment was inspected and found to be out of specs, and even though [redacted] states that it couldn't be out for various reasons, i.e. he drove the vehicle and it didn't pull, the other mechanic said it wasn't possible because the tires were not wearing wrong, and that if the bushing was that worn you would see tire wear.
As this is the first Revdex.com concern I have reviewed in my 20 year automotive career, I am unsure of next steps that are possible. Our service manager spoke with [redacted] over the phone and even after offering to redo the tire rotation that he said was not completed, he refused. [redacted] called my Service Manager and the Red Seal Licensed technician a liar. He accused us of ripping off a person on a fixed income, which is the hurtful of all as it would require the co-operation of many people, the Service Advisor, Technician, Service Manager, and myself the General Manager.
Please let me know if further information is required, or clarification regarding this concern. In this day of social media and the internet, not withstanding word of mouth,we take all concerns and  [redacted] accusation/complaint seriously. At this point [redacted] has decided not to work with us, and has only asked for a reimbursement for work performed that keeps the vehicle safe.
Respectfully,
[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/06/08) */
This vehicle did have factory warranty left on it, the customer had the manifolds fixed and the front end check out by the [redacted]. At that time [redacted] said there was nothing wrong with the front end.So what is clear is the vehicle did...

have factory warranty or the manifolds would have not been repaired by the [redacted]. This was a used vehicle we took in on trade and already had the leveling kit installed.
On March 25th customer went back to the [redacted] and they denied the claim on the front axle.
Customer did call and leave a message for me to call him back and I did. Customer story is accurate one the offer of $[redacted] to pay apx 50% of the used parts. Customer was not happy with this and we agreed on a $[redacted] as this would pay for most of the used parts. I had the Cheque written and customer was going to pick up . Customer called me back and told me if Bruce Ford can't pay for 100% then he didn't want it.
Also as per the customers he took the vehicle to another [redacted] they said if there is anything we can do we will, they said they couldn't fix the front end because the other dealer took pictures and sent to the area rep. This [redacted] did fix the transmission under warranty at this time.
[redacted] I know with this experience we still cam make mistakes, but in this case I feel I did offer the customer a more than fair compensation, especially sense the second [redacted] said they would fix it.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2016/06/15) */
[redacted]. can [redacted] had a zero lift or no warrenty call [redacted] canada .[redacted]. truth hurts I guess an my bill of sale does not say nothing to do with the modifations to my truck voiding the warrenty . so there in the wrong an [redacted] did there job so its ford fault.[redacted]
