I was booked on a trip to the Newport playhouse in August, I had to cancel due to medical problems and I did so almost a week in advance. The trip was thru the Westerly senior and when I called them they said that my refund would come from Friendship and shouldn't be a problem as there was a waiting list for that trip. To date I have not heard from Friendship and so I have not received my refund, $103.00. I have tried calling and I get a recording, I left a message but again nothing. I really don't think I will ever books trip with this company again.

Friendship Tours has provided all of the required documentation and copied Revdex.com on the email exchanges between the church office (organizer of the group) and Friendship Tours We do not believe there is any additional information requiredIf it is required, you will notice that ***y, church administrator in her email, stated that they will provide the confirmations as they coordinated and collected all payments for the trip

This organization sent me an email that contained an article about dealing with arthritis pain that ended with the sentence, "So, if joint pain and inflammation keep you from doing what you love, then you can’t miss today’s video presentation which reveals the WORST foods for joint pain"
Because the article displayed the official logo of the Harvard School of Public Health (the exact same logo that is on the Harvard School of Public Health website) at the top of the article in larger typeface than the rest of the article, I figured the information was from the Harvard School of Public Health and clicked on the link to the video
The video did name the five foods, but only gradually over the course of a forty minute video that was a commercial to sell products for a company called The Healthy Back Institute It had nothing to do the Harvard School of Public Health (A Google search of complaints against The Healthy Back Institute turned up many websites, including Revdex.com’s, with numerous complaints that this company is unethical or a scam.)
Therefore, I am reporting the Vegetarian Health Institute for sending out a deceptive and misleading email prominently displaying the official logo of the Harvard School of Public Health at the top of an article whose sole purpose was to get the reader to click on a link to a corporate commercial that had absolutely nothing to do with the Harvard School of Public Health

I had heard lots and lots of trips to Israel in my recent years. Nevertheless, God had not impressed in my heart to go to any of those trips to Israel. However, it was different with this one (Learning the Bible in the Land of the Bible - A trip of a lifetime - Hosted by Dr. Jim W ; March 12-22,2016). It was breathtaking when I heard that my Bible Study Teacher at church is conducting the trip to the Holy Land. This 11 days of experience is the one thing that I would not have exchange with anything in this world. I thank God for a good teacher like Dr. Wicker who is patient, knowledgeable and spiritual leader in this trip. He spend so much time preparing this wonderful trip. But it would not be possible if we have not had the chance to have Nola (the Israel tour leader) to work hand in hand with Dr. Wicker in our group. Nola is such a committed person who wants to share her insights and knowledge of Israel with us and with Dr. Wicker Bible, historical and scholars input as we visited those significant places! Thank you for picking the right tour leaders for this trip.

Friendship Tours makes Holy Land Travel easy and impactful. From the initial bookings until everyone passenger is home, this company excels with excellence and attention to detail. I believe this company helps one receive the experience people desire in traveling to the land Jesus walked with quality and competitively.

Review: This is the second complaint we have been forced to file in hopes of getting action from Nasser at Friendship Tours. After we filed a complaint in February of 2014 he finally mailed a partial refund but now continues to obstruct the process of receiving the remaining refund from Allianz Travel Insurance Co. In spite of repeated attempts to simply get the information needed (an itinerary with our names on it) to Allianz there has been NO RESPONSE from Friendship Tours. We would not recommend Friendship Tours to anybody.Desired Settlement: We are asking Friendship Tours to send the trip itinerary with our names on it to Allianz Travel Insurance so that they will send our refund check. They say this is the ONLY thing holding up our refund.

Review: Require invoice from Friendship Tours, outlining total $ amount paid to Friendship Tours by myself and my husband David Nagy for our cancelled trip to Israel. The lack of cooperation and professionalism from Friendship Tours has held up our claims request with our insurance provider. It should not have to take multiple emails and calls (all left unresponded to) over a 2 month period in order to process a simple request as this. Thank you.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text
