It's not a Hotel; I stayed in the Apollo Corfu hosted by Friendship Travel ground floor room on the night of the 19th of June the room was a disgrace. A filthy blanket on the third bed. I took a photo of the blanket in the presence of the FT Rep. There were no chairs in the room no dressing table (room was to small) mandatory in a 3-star room. Colum FT MD told me it’s a 3-star Greek rating. In Europe Hotel Star ratings are standardized through the Hotelstars Union and Greece is a member as is the UK and 19 other countries. The rooms on the second and third floors are the ones shown in the brochure and look great, the upper floor rooms have a door in and a window to the side and double doors to the balcony. I believe the upper floor rooms from the photos in the brochure where the only ones shown to the hotel inspector if it was inspected. There is one photo of a ground floor, but it does not say it's a ground floor room. Only one door in and no windows in the room. I was told by Colum FT. the half window in the door was adequate. In my compacity as a plant Engineer I carried out Safety Audits.
In my option the rooms on the ground floor have serious fire safety issues and should not be used as bedrooms there is only one way in or out of the room. There is only one socket in the crowded bedroom and that's behind the door. If a fire in the door area started due to electrical/chargers while the occupant was in the bathroom they would never get out and no one could get in to assist. Stay away from the APOLLO and Friendship travel if you value your comfort and safety. The ground floor rooms are Backpacker rooms with an air-conditioner fitted and called 3-Star.
I left the Apollo the next morning and paid €600 for the next 6 nights. On the evening of the 19th of June I got the Rep to phone Colum FT MD. She came back and told he would phone that evening. The call never came. When FT offices I was told Colum was away traveling and could not be contacted. I eventually got a call on the 3rd of August, deny, deny and deny. I left comments on Friendship Travels Facebook site, The FT site was closed down.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Below is an outline of the facts as Village Homes understands them to be:When the ***-***s initially began the lot selection/home buying process with Village Homes, they expressed interest in a walkout lotBy the time the
***-***s were prepared to contract and give Village Homes a deposit, that walkout lot was unavailable.The ***-***s contracted on a home/lot on 3/1/At that time, it was clearly communicated to them that this home/lot would be a garden level basement, not a walkout basementThe basement configuration was communicated both verbally and in writing--by virtue of an option selection on the sales contract addendum.The ***-***s contracted on the home on 3/1/and closed escrow on the home on 12/18/15--well within the timeframe specified in the sales contract signed by both Village Homes and the ***-***s.A free AC unit was not offered to the ***-***s, nor was it outlined in the sales agreement (even at a $cost) signed by both Village Homes and the ***-***s.When Village Homes discovered that the deck that was selected could not be built per the City of Arvada regulations, Village Homes worked with ***-***s to identify a non-standard deck option that would be satisfactoryThe ***-***s signaled their acceptance of the deck by signing an addendum to the sales agreement outlining the deck option and its cost.In an attempt to resolve the ***-***s' dissatisfaction with the home and process, Village Homes management met with *** ***-*** and her realtor, *** *** in personAt no time was it communicated by anyone at Village Homes that *** should, "get over it and move on."Please let me know if further information is necessary to resolve this complaintThank you.
