The Rental Service Agreement specifies that there will be up to a 6% increase per year in the base price (rental prices) If we need to increase above this %, the customer will be notified We also reserve the right, per the Rental Service Agreement, to increase or add ancillary fees during the term of the agreement as needed The Rental Service Agreement, signed by the location manager, outlines all the fees referenced in this complaint As mentioned in the complaint response, an additional copy of the agreement was left with the customer Tuesday this week for review

? I am rejecting this response because: At the time I signed the contract I was told that my cost would not go over 6% per year, which it has How does a company go from charging me $cents for industrial flat charges in August of to charging me $in October of 2015??? and then in April of charging me $for image care which was on my bill a few years prior but removed when I told them that I would pay for any damage or losses that we incurred, and also note that I made no changes to my service Both of my route drivers, [redacted] and [redacted] along with [redacted] new that I did not want either one of these charges and removed them at that time when I brought it to there attention I told them that I will pay for any damage to my uniforms Now, somehow, these charges magically appear on my bill Note that these charges have increased to $ for image care and $for industrial flat charges, also note that these fees are every week A copy of the contract was never provided when I asked for it from [redacted] the sales repa month ago

A&R Transmission has a current agreement with AmeriPride, a portion of which outlines the charges for Inventory Care and Image Care The customer has previously signed that he did not want Image Care but it is part of his current agreement These fees have changed over time in accordance with the agreement terms and have been reviewed with the customer We made a proposal to discount back a portion of the Image Care price as resolution but the offer was rejected Although the customer should be in possession of their copy of the Rental Service Agreement, a copy will be provided within the next few business days

Mr*** is basing his complaint of the agreement he entered into on his perception versus what he actually agreed toOur terms and conditions are clearly written and in this case, none were altered to amend the agreement to a "month to month" termEffective dates are intentionally left blank
until the agreement is approved by our General ManagerOnce approved, the agreement is assigned an effective date and the new account is entered into our systemThere is a process to terminate the agreement without penalty, based on service and product quality, in which Mr*** did not follow, resulting in a breach of contractMr***'s proof of a "month to month" agreement was that he wrote "month to month" on his copy of the agreement after our sales executive left his place of business as it is not written on our copyIn regard to our employee and the harassment allegations, while a manager from our company did make multiple visits to the location as standard practice to try and resolve the issues Mr.*** was facing, there was no harassment and specific details of the alleged harassment have not been disclosed by Mr***The manager in question is a long time employee in good standing and has never had any complaints brought against him from any previous customer interactionsMr***'s account is currently with our third party collections firm for the amount owed, due to the contract breachPlease feel free to reach out to me if you would like copies of the agreement in questionSent on: 12/13/3:58:PM
