I am very sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the service you have received. your brake pads did come with a lifetime warranty at any meineke service station nation wide.. The Wallingford shop is only miles from the meriden location and would more then happy to take care of all

I am rejecting this response because: The Wallingford Meineke also has very bad reviews. Before receiving this response, I had already taken my vehicle to another mechanic. They had to install new hardware because the hardware on the pads were bent which happened during installation by Meineke.The mechanic also had to oil my caliper slider pins because this was not done when the brakes were put in. Just slapping new pads where the old pads once resided never words. The slides and abutment clips should be cleaned and/or replaced.At this moment, the sound has minimized due to the work that another mechanic did therefore, I am asking for a refund.

We took our truck in to be serviced due to issues with it not starting properly. Initial interaction was great and very personable. We were contacted and advised of the issue. Frier Auto informed us that they didn't have the part in stock but would get it to complete the repair. We were given a timeline for completion which was upheld. Excellent, hard working, family oriented local business. Honest and fair pricing.

I take my car there whenever I need work done on it [redacted] and [redacted] are great! I do not feel like I've been taken advantage of and they always explain what I need repaired on my car. Their estimates are always reasonable and I've never had any "extra" repairs that was not covered in the estimate. Today, I took my car in because my check engine light came on. They worked on it for a couple of hours and could not locate what was wrong. (I was in somewhat of a hurry and could not leave my car there all day) They did not charge me for the time that they spent on my car! Any other company/shop would have charge me shop rates just for looking at my car. I like the work that they do and I believe them to be honest gentlemen providing a service to the community.
