Friesen's Climate Control

I had a brand new furnace instaled in June 2023, but 2 months later, the furnace wasn't working (no Heat). The technician spent almost the whole day troubleshooting and modifying the initial furnace installation. Now, (2024) The furnace is no heating (just blowing cold air). I had a technician for the second time who spent less than 45 minutes at home. He left the brand new furnace (stage, variable speed) working only on one stage. I paid $7000 for a lemon.

I have had Frisens's installing a [redacted] AC last summer. Firstly a simple installation for couple for hours took more than a day, also since installation the AC didn't work properly and every time I have called they have sent a technician stating the previous ones were not experienced and it will be OK but it kept failing!!
After three different visits and repairs of tubing it still don't work, in fact every time home is hot our brand new AC (with highest cost ) never worked.

I am not sure why such a terrible company has got AAA?
