Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I never once told Todd that I tried to fix it myself the whole reason I sent it to him was because I did not know how to fix it myself When I opened the package they sent me and removed the instrument cluster of the needles were not attached (I have attached a photo)when I told this to Todd he immediately became defensive and he was the one who talked over me then hung up on me I paid dollars for a rebuild and do not feel like I got what I paid for also why would I pay for him to fix it and then take some of the needles off that is just ridiculous I was shipped a defective product and did not feel like I should have to pay to have it shipped back to be fixed once I asked him to send me a pre-paid shipping label he went ballistic I do not want anything else to do with these people I will have to find someone locally and pay them to fix what they sent me Regards, Daniel ***

Company states that it is near impossible for the needle to fall out on their own, they need a special tool to be removed. The consumer told the company on the phone that he initially tried to repair it himself. The company did everything right on their end. The company advised that they could not...

speak with him on the phone as the consumer would not give them the opportunity to respond and kept talking over them. The consumer wanted them to pay for return shipping. Company states that they would like the consumer to contact them.
