pride in the workand professional service provided to our customersWe always aim to provide a great customerexperience.For clarification purposes, the Volvo Swas received prior to June 27, Mr*** arrangedto have the Volvo towed to our shop from your daughter’s houseHe stated the car had been sittingthere for a while and you were wanting to get it repaired because you would be coming back fromIllinois soonOn September 23, 2011, we contacted you, via email, discussing an additional paymentneeding to be remittedWe had only received two previous payments made on June 27, and July11, Frieze Automotive does not usually allow payment arrangements however since you wereexperiencing health issues, *** understood and made an exceptionHe was trying to make things alittle easier for you during your difficult timeIn an email dated October 10, 2011, you offered to pay astorage feeSince the timeframe of when the vehicle was going to be picked up was undetermined,there wasn’t a definitive storage priceSince the Volvo was still at the shop in June 2012, ***suggested purchasing a car cover which you agreedAs you can imagine, the Texas heat is brutaltherefore the cover only lasted about a yearMost of the issues identified in the complaint would havebeen due to the extreme heat, over five years in total, wear and tear from being outsideWhilethe final payment was made in February 2013, the car still remained stored at Frieze Automotive untilApril Over these five years, most of the times the car was driven was when interested buyerswanted to test drive the vehicle around the blockAgain, *** was trying to assist you while you werestill in the hospital when you asked him to help sell your carAside from these times, *** attemptedto drive the car one time on a stormy evening since he was on a motorcycleThis distance consisted offour milesIn July 2015, Frieze Automotive attempted to contact you via certified letterThe letter wasreturned undeliverableBoth contact phone numbers we had on file had been disconnectedIt was onApril 20, when you contacted us, via email, informing us that you would be moving back to Austinon June 12, We responded to your email stating there would be a $1,storage fee for thefive years, explaining the fee consisted of $per year*** agreed to settle the fee at $750.00,once again being empathic to your health issues.Mrs***, if you wish to go over the invoice in further detail, we’d be happy to discuss the workperformed on your vehicle as well as the new parts usedWe value your business and look forward toserving you again in the future

I am rejecting this response because: as told by a professional heat does not make a trunk not open, heat does not make the radio break, heat does not make directional not work, heat does not loosen screws to break a sun roof, heat does not add over 4,000.00 miles to a car heat does not remove the handle you hold to get out of car on the drivers side, heat does not make clean floor mats look like ground I dirt.  I am taking my car in for all damages to estimate charges.  I hope Mr. Frieze has all the parts he changed out, the tires he changed, and the car cover that was burned for a judge to decide an out come.  As for as the storage fee goes, I told [redacted] I would give him a little something for storage! Not 1000.00 nor any stated amount.  He harassed me when I wanted my car towed elsewhere.  I plan to pursue this matter in court.
