On April 21st, 2016, I purchased tickets for the Fright Nights Campout Tampa event on *** for the amount of $ The even promised a scheduled start time on June 3rd, and several services such as food, bonfire, and entertainment This company did not start their event nor provide updates to their customers throughout the event leaving most their clients waiting for hours for anything to happen They expressed in their website frightnightscampout.com food and games and insufficiently provided this service They had one grill operated by one individual attempting to feed almost people after overselling the event, they did not have enough food or water to account

Registration took hours for all the people, event was suppose to start at did not start till 1130, food was poorly cooked and there was not enough for everyone, activity were very disorganized and did not have enough to involve all consumers, PA system did not work properly, videos did not work properly, tents were not organized, no one around to talk to
