This is the second time I've had this issue with this customer. She signed up for [redacted] and has received all up until November. I did move in November and have been difficult to catch up woth. I do travel and do decorating outside my office the entire month of Novemver and most of December. This is...

no secret to any of my customers.  I offered her today when I was called by a friend saying I was being bashed on [redacted] by her for not providing her with the product she paid for. I do owe her for November and December, both of which are ready for her to pick up. Since she decided to bash Me  I offered to terminate her membership as long as she came a signed an opt out form and I would give her a cash refund. I spoke to [redacted] about her refund as that's how she made payment. They said I was protected because she has already received more than half of the membership and it was beyond the timeframe they will issue a refund. The membership is paid in full because each member also receives a 15% discount during the entire year of their membership. 
I have no problem refunding her the remaining bow credit but I would like her to appear in person and sign the opt out form to cover my paper trail. I don't need to be bullied on my personal (she didn't go to my business page)  on social media for something she is choosing to stir up then not take any of my resolutions to resolve it. She is still posting and bashing me for something she has decided she don't want to do. She hould actually take down her bully post as well.  I have provided her with my part of the agreement. She is welcome to come get Bow's or a refund at my new address. She will need to make an appointment as I requested all day. I planned my entire day around her and offered to meet her. I will not tolerate her bashing me because I'm not doing what she wants me to do. I have offered two reasonable settlements, yet she has chosen to keep firing it up. Mind you she is actually mad over less than $20 because the remaining of the membership is due in January, February and March.
