This person issued a Revdex.com complaint in January of 2018.? The complaint was immediately resolved and the client was refunded back all of her payments.? In addition to giving her back all of the funds we collected we offered her a courtesy service that was free of charge.? This client is
no longer making monthly payments and hasn’t been since Sept 2017.? All of the additional services we have provided her have been absolutely free of charge? We have tried several times to reach out to her via phone, however, and she states that she will only communicate with us via email and the Revdex.com.? This is a non-active client and we respectfully ask you to close this case so we can resolve this issue.?

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The claims the company has made are falseThe only contact I have received from them since the beginning of has been in response to Revdex.comIf that doesn’t ? speak ? to the company’s poor business practices I don’t know how anyone could want to work with themI have refused to speak with a manager as this has proved useless in the pastI requested to have all correspondences on paper as I do not trust what this company says on the phone and since call recording only goes one way, having email and letter trails felt more comfortable for meI did agree to a phone call to begin credit restoration despite my initial hesitationI have attached screenshots of my initial client agreement highlighting the areas in which Prime Solutions either failed to provide services rendered or contradticed these terms in their folllow up abovePrime Solutions states they went above and beyond to repair the issues outlined in both Revdex.com complaintsThey simply provided what they were initially required to do in the first placeI did not receive follow ups regularly, I did not recieve support when contacted by attorneys UNTIL an actual lawsuit was in placeThis is not an exaggeration I was told both times I was contacted by an attorney that they could not do anything until an official summons was in place, which is when the statistic of how few accounts are summoned came inPromise Solutions states they are providing me a complimentary service which is also as credit repair was a term in my original contract and my original contract was never amended to state that I would no longer be considered an active client and the services rendered would be considered an extra service you’re providing “free of charge”This company is trying to buy out unsatisfaided customers and twist our words to come out looking like confused consumers who didn’t know what they were getting intoThis company also refuses to provide in writing why these services haven’t been rendered according to my contract and I’ve been deflected to a phone call they claim I am required to have with them to start credit repair, another stipulation not outline in my contractI am happy to provide the entire signed contract and all corresponding addendum at the request of the Revdex.com.Jessica [redacted]
