Fringe 21

Review: I left the jewelry that I sell in consignment at Fringe 21 in May 2014. (3 necklaces, 4 bracelets, 8 earrings & 15 rings for a total value of minimum $1689). I not only received 0 payments, but when I offered to come and pick up my stuff in September, the owner said her dad passed away and she was too busy. On October 30rd, I went to her shop, informing her on 29 October that I would pick up my stuff, and she refused to give back ANYTHING (whereas I could see the jewelry just hanging there), claiming she was too busy again. She promised that by 3-4 November, she would send me the tracking number of the parcel with the jewelry and cheque for the sold items. It's 9 November, I have been calling/ texting her without her answering the phone nor replying. I got no tracking number whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I demand that she returns the jewelry she did not sell and a cheque/ cash for the items she sold (on a 50-50 base) within the next few days. If she does not return the items & money, I will go and press charges against her at court.
