by the attached refund confirmation We suggest that she contact *** if she has a problem with her *** account ***'s claims that we misappropriated her money and that we are a phisher are completely baseless

I have contacted [redacted], they said they never themselves contact any merchant directly. But will forward them the new refund confirmation that I received through Revdex.com. [redacted] asked if the merchant can resend the new refund confirmation to them again since apparently they did not recieve it.
