Frisco Court Apartments

I was promised my 300 dollar deposit and 50.87 back once I moved out by the property manager [redacted]. I have not received it back it's been over 70 daysI signed a month to month lease the the owner's of the apartments approved and once I moved out on October 25, 2012 I did a walk through of the apartment with the apartment manager [redacted] said the apartment looked excellent and that I would receive my deposit back in the mail within 45 days to the address I left them to forward it to. 45 days passed I didn't receive my money. I went the the aparment complex which is [redacted] ( it the office they are working out of) they told me [redacted] had quit and then I dealt with the receptionist and we emailed back and forward about me receiving my money. The receptionist told me that I could not receive my deposit back because I didn't stay a full year I explained to her I never signed a year lease I only signed a Month to Month lease. The receptionist then told me she would email the owners back to see what was goin on and 2 days later she was fired. I went back to the apartment complex because they never answer the phone and I was surprised to see that [redacted] was back in the office. I told [redacted] that I have never received my deposit back and [redacted] said she didn't know why I havent received it. [redacted] said she was goin to email the owners, I asked [redacted] could I have the owners phone number or there email address, she said NO it's a private company and they don't give out there email address or phone number and that all correspondence would have to go through her. [redacted] also showed me an email she sent to the owners showing that they agreed to give me my deposit back and 50.87 back because I paid to much in rent on October. So I waited 10 days and went back to talk to daisy and she told me the owners said I didn't stay the entire year but that when she gave me the lease to sign which I told her I still had that it was agreed by the owners, her and me that it would be a month to month lease and that she would try and get in touch with someone at corporate to let them know a mistake has taken place and that I should receive my money. I am writing the Revdex.com to see if you guys can help me receive the money that is owned to me from this apartment complex. I moved from this complex because they never fixed any thing that they promised to fix once I moved in. Everything that needed fixing in the apartment I fixed myself and paid for it out of my pocket and never was reimbursed so I just want to move I did everything I was suppose to do. I paid my rent on time every month and I put in the required notice of 30 to move so I should have gotten my money back.Desired SettlementI am seeking the return of my deposit of 300 dollars and 50 dollars back from the extra money I paid into rent at the apartment complex.
