Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I previously suggested that option to resolve this issueThe business in hand has not produced any additional evidence to substantiate their claim of innocenceI have provided a tremendous amount of evidence to include: photo's, emails, text, phone records, documents from secondary party's indicating when the technician was presentPictures indicate time/date stamp and items in questionThe business chose to misrepresent dates of service, work performed, and then charged me for a part they stated they replaced yet when [redacted] Company (to actually fix the fireplace properly) arrived on January 16, 2015, the part in question was not thereSo what happened to it? Dates and charges on their invoice were incorrectThis evidence may be confusing to the business in question yet it is all accurate and overwhelmingly substantiates my claimI suggested the initial visit charges to be paid to resolve this issueThe cost for repair have far exceeded this generous and kind gesture I have madeI would recommend to anyone seeking work from Frisco Fireplace to go elsewhere Regards, [redacted] ***

The next day, January 8, 2015, *** returned to install the control module You were not able to give us access and directed us to *** from *** appointed another individual to assist *** in accessThis individual stayed with *** throughout the service call On this date you also asked us to replace log #and the log grate as well While replacing the module the fireplace still would not operate After talking to the manufacturer's technical support we were told to replace the electrode as well as the control module We called to tell you about this additional part Because of the price of the parts and the lead time to get the parts from the manufacturer you said that the price was too expensive and then asked for our distributor as well as the manufacturer We informed you that we could not give out this information You let us know that you would look for the parts yourself You told us that you would not be needing our services anymore We indicated that we would invoice you for the work that we had done. After our visit on January 8, 2015, no one has attempted to do additional service on your fireplace Specifically on January 12, when our technicians were performing an all day installation at another property. I hope this clarifies our role in your fireplace repair We recognize that you have contacted other repair companies and it appears there is confusion because of the number of parties involved..Thank you!*** *** *** Phone (970)668.2222Fax (970) 668.2224PO Box Frisco, CO 80443www.friscofireplace.comOn Wed, Jan 14, at 9:PM, *** wrote:I still have yet to hear back from your company as to why *** you technican was sent to my condo on Monday January 12, I did not request a service callI had informed your company on Friday prior not to service my unit and that I would track down parts due to delay and cost presented to meI also telephoned your office Monday morning at amto inform you that I no longer needed your services and that I would be going in a different direction and would follow up with you on Monday the 19thNow you sent *** to Main Street Station/*** Resort Vacationsto request a key for entrance into my condo at Park Avenue Loft Unit #and stated *** state that he needed to services the fireplaceI did not authorize or request your servicesNor did your company contact me to inform me that your service technician would be arriving for a service call to do WHAT? [redacted]I am writing my 2nd response regarding complainants filing. The information supplied with my 1st response remains unchanged, while the information supplied by complainant gets more confusing with each comment. The services and visits to complainants' condo in Breckenridge are as stated earlier, of which she authorized and provided a credit card for this repair.Based on complainants authorization and our work performed, we did charge her credit card for our services.  Since the invoicing/payment occurred complainant has disputed the payment and had the payment to our bank reversed.  So to date we have been paid $0 for our work.  I would like to end this case by approving complainants payment of $198.22.  I will look for this payment to come to our post office box as indicated in this email.[redacted] Phone (970)668.2222Fax (970) 668.2224PO Box 1330 Frisco, CO 80443www.friscofireplace.com
