We paid half up front on 9/3/19 & within weeks the owner ghosted us. We still get emails to pay the remaining balance on work that was never done.
Excellent service. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Shower door turned out amazing and installation was top-notch.
Business was to install mirrored closet doors on Wednesday, 8/22/18. The doors were too tall. Was told the mirrors would be cut and doors re-framed with delivery on the following Monday. We have not heard from this company since. Numerous attempts at contact have been made both by myself and our general contractor. Phone calls go unanswered and are not returned and attempts at contact through Face Book are unanswered as well. This is the end of a long process with this business. They also installed frameless shower glass. We were told it would take 2 weeks to fabricate. They ordered the wrong glass, said it would be 1 week more. 6 weeks and 4 missed install dates later they finally came with glass (which is now leaking) and were to return with doors the following week. Throughout this entire process, once our business was secured, the company has been unresponsive to calls, texts, and FB messages.
Product_Or_Service: Frameless shower glass and closet door install
Refund I would either like the doors delivered and installed (and leaking shower glass from same company fixed) or I would like an immediate refund of the doors so that we can order a new set.
