We had our customers come into the office to discuss the delays,
misunderstandingsYellowhead has agreed to start over on the living room windowWe have ordered an all new window to be installedThe exterior existing wood on all sides will be replaced; (the existing 1" x 7" are dry and warped from west sun exposure.) The installation will be done with management supervision, so our customer will be more comfortableAfter everything is concluded and paid, we have agreed to a complimentary in-store credit, to be used at customer's discretion

Here is a update as to where we are at moment with our window
I had sent off the email that is attached to Dean on Feb 18th for him to sign off if he agreed to what we all agreed to in the meeting on Feb 12th
I have not received it backWe have been communicating back and forth by texts, I have included the conversations, As you can see I had sent him a text to see if he can respond to my email and he advised he had a Combo letter for *** and I, I have yet to see anything
***
I am in need of a response to this letter ASAP with a date as to when this will be completed as I have to call *** to have them come and take down and reinstall blinds in new windowThey do by appointments only
I also have a time frame for another contractor to come and side our home Between April - Weather Permitting and they will not come till that window is installed
I have seen Dean's response on the case and I see he has made an offer of the $credit to be used once this project is completed and paid in fullThis was not discussed as if it was I would of not agreed to thatI respectfully decline that offer
So here is my counter offer:
Either Yellowhead can refuse my counter offer no questions asked and send back my $deposit on the original window, with an invoice stating $is needed further more from the Carpenter's and we can all be done with each other
OR
Window was to be order Feb 16, and will be in and installed weeks from that time frame no later than April 1st
Yellowhead agrees to deduct the $from the original invoiceI do not want a credit for the future
Window be completed by April 1st with one of the Carpenter's & Yellowhead signing off on the window to be satisfactory to the clients
New *** window with the warranty (copy of warranty provided to the Carpenters), and Yellowhead to inspect window prior to coming to be installedNo scratches, nicks, or imperfections (frame and glass)
Yellowhead will reinforce the window above the manufacture's grade (as per Dean's recommendation)
At this time, We will not need Yellowhead to come and put in new 1x7's around the window as we are siding the home, so no point at this moment
The reason we were having Yellowhead replace them was, Yellowhead damaged one of them while taking out or installing the window, not because of the sun or weather warping them
Interior trim to be painted at Yellowhead shop before being installedNOT painted on the wall like last time
If an agreement cannot be reached then the existing window will remain in the house until a new window from a different contractor is ordered and ready to install(in a timely fashion)
Thanks so much

Basically it has been over two months since they have sold to my stores and they have no reason too. At the beginning they told me I have to buy at least $100 worth of product ; I said that is fine but still the refuse to sale to me. I have no over due payment either. I have tried to call them to resolve this issue but they DFO NOT seem to care.Product_Or_Service: snacksDesired SettlementI would like to known why they have refused to sale to me as well as an public apology; and I would like compensation for the inconvenience and loss of business that I have suffered. Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], Sr. DiretorContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email:[redacted]Frito-Lay North America, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc. (FLNA), actively supports the work of the Revdex.com as a National Partner of the Council of Revdex.coms, as a proud member of the Children's Food & Beverage Advertising Initiative, and as a supporter of the Children's Advertising Review Unit. We are proud of our record of dealing on an honest, straightforward basis with consumers, and have an extensive system in place to promptly and thoroughly address consumer concerns. This Complaint, however, is from one of our business customers, not from a consumer, and is therefore outside the mission and purpose of the Revdex.com Complaint system. A manufacturer's relations with its wholesale customers are governed by a very different set of rules and protections than a business's dealings with consumers, and the Revdex.com is an inappropriate forum to address a "Business to Business" dispute. Nonetheless, FLNA can briefly explain the dispute and its actions.[redacted] store is an [redacted] convenience store in [redacted] that had been purchasing snacks from FLNA under a Direct Store Delivery program, in which FLNA replaces products whose best-by date has expired, at no charge to the business. FLNA's maintenance of fresh, high-quality products on its business customers' shelves is a large part of its premier reputation with consumers across the country. [redacted], however, was incurring such high rates of stale product that it was no longer commercially reasonable to continue providing Direct Store Delivery at that location. In such situations - and in any situation where our costs of doing business outweigh our ability to have a mutually profitable relationship with a business -- we usually recommend that the business convert to delivery through [redacted], under our Snacks to You program. This program, available at [redacted], allows low-volume, or difficult to serve customers to continue to receive fresh products for sale in quantities more appropriate to their needs. FLNA has not refused to sell snacks to [redacted], as the Complaint suggests, but has indicated that [redacted] is not an appropriate business customer for Direct Store Delivery. For that reason, the Complaint is not only inappropriate for Revdex.com resolution, it is also factually without merit.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It is more benificial for me to have a sales rep come to the location for service. I am willing to order as much product as they need me to carry.
