Thank you for your response. We understand that it is not convenient for you to call our office during our business hours as you are working at that time. To better serve you, we will be happy to call you after our business hours. We do want to see the product package and sample to better determine what it is and how it may have entered the package. We appreciate you working with Frito-Lay in this matter and hope that we can reach a satisfactory resolution

I am rejecting this response because: I have specified on multiple accounts that the reason for my inability to call Frito-lay is that I work during your operating hoursI am unable to step away from my work to call in to discuss this issue and would like to discuss it via email as it is the most convenient method for meThe business did not respond to my last emails and I stated that I will not be sending back the product until I receive a response as to what will be happening moving forward
