It took four months to get a pair of boots I had ordered.
I had placed a deposit down on the boots in April. The wrong boots were ordered. When the wrong boots arrived, I was told I had to now pay the full amount and she would order the correct boots. I refused and stated that I would pay the full amount when the right boots arrived, as originally agreed upon.
I was told the right boots would be in within 3-4 weeks. I was told this continually over the next three months.
On two occasions I went in to ask for my deposit back as the time that had passed was, in my opinion, unreasonable. I was told that they would not give me my money back and that the boots would be in within a few weeks. They finally arrived in mid August.
