It took four months to get a pair of boots I had ordered I had placed a deposit down on the boots in AprilThe wrong boots were orderedWhen the wrong boots arrived, I was told I had to now pay the full amount and she would order the correct bootsI refused and stated that I would pay the full amount when the right boots arrived, as originally agreed upon I was told the right boots would be in within 3-weeksI was told this continually over the next three months On two occasions I went in to ask for my deposit back as the time that had passed was, in my opinion, unreasonableI was told that they would not give me my money back and that the boots would be in within a few weeksThey finally arrived in mid August
