I have reviewed the 1/page Excel Spreadsheet of figures put together by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, which consists of Kraft's "budget" (Webster Dictionary definition -- "an ESTIMATE of income and expenditure") for the project at my home These were same figures presented back in March before project began several months later, so it does not represent an honest itemization for the final bill I paid to Kraft this past winter I can tell someone it will cost them $1,000,for me to design and sew them a winter coat, but after the bill is paid, if I am asked to itemize my labor and materials, I would interpret that to mean that the client would expect me to identify my expenditures for the actual job, not just recite the $1,000,000, then bathe needed figures to arrive at the quoted price tag Its hard to believe that it took Kraft a whole month to come up with the attached 1/page spreadsheet, which conveniently does not disclose any of the details as to what Kraft actually incurred in terms of costs for labor and materials To me, in light of all the building code failures and the untruths about 'double-treated wood' and so forth, the attached Excel Spreadsheet is just another example of Kraft playing fast and loose with the truth, at their whim.I can do nothing but accept their numbers and never use them again I want my complaint shown on-line, as part of the consumer (nightmare) experience in unwittingly trusting Kraft Construction to deal with me honestly and fairly
