Review: Contractor didn't complete all of the work plus repairs required to the flooring. Contractor feels there is a defect with the flooring, however, I contracted with contractor and my expectation is for him to do whatever is necessary to handle with the manufacturer and correct the issue. We have been waiting since July 2013 to have the uncompleted work finished. 1. Floor is messed up in multiple places. The one piece is split in the middle. There is a long scratch pretty deep through multiple planks. There are also a few planks with huge gaps between them. There is a floor board by the basement steps that moves. There is also a floor board coming up and when you step on it you can hear it pop back into place. 2. Touch up paint around basement lock. 3. Touch up paint in bathroom.4. Installation of a dimmer switch for the under the counter lights.5. Installation of standard paint grade bead board on dining area walls.We have been waiting since July 2013 to have the uncompleted work finished.
