contacted by this company even through they have my contact information.   I have not been provided an estimated time of arrival. I would like a complete refund so I can purchase this item from another company.  I don't have an unlimited amount of time to see if I ever receive this product.  The company's reply does not offer any details in regards to where my item was rerouted to or how long it will take to get my product.  I do not want to do business with this company at this point.  You can't contact or speak to anyone at the company and I don't trust that I will ever receive the item I purchased and paid for.

Review: Placed order for $117.63,$18.92 was paid for shipping. Not tracking number was provided ,I and order has not been received. Phone number provided gives automated message and says contact via email. I have sent three emails and still no response.Desired Settlement: Want items ordered and shipping fees reimbursed.

Review: Sent multiple e-mails, called 800 # 3 times and been disconnected, called 530 # left message, tried on-line chat - not available. no response 2 weeks

Placed an order on 9/30 (customer id:911 order [redacted] for Louisville Slugger purple bat bag that was to ship within 24-48 hrs. E-mailed 10/3 to check status because it was a gift and online status showed still processing. No response to e-mail. E-mailed again to different address on 10/4 - no response. Have e-mailed two or three other times since then - no response. Tried on-line chat multiple times - never available. Called 800 # multiple times to receive automated response and disconnection. Called local# and left message - no response. Tried to cancel order, but it will not allow me to cancel order - states the item already shipped or is in final stages of processing (has said this for at least a week). No item has arrived and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. In addition to trying to find status of order, was informed yesterday that my Discover Card was compromised (which worries me because the only new company I provided my # to was this company), so while I had to deal with that, I would also need to provide the company with the new # issued if I even feel comfortable doing that at this point. Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of customer service contact to inform me of the status of this order which should have shipped 12 days ago.

Review: I placed an online order 10 days ago and there has been no action on my order. The company will not accept phone calls and is unresponsive to emails.

I placed an online order on 12/8/13 for Code: SW-Replacement [redacted] Swing Rite Batting Tee Replacement Tops. Purchase amount is $74, shipping cost $11.95 for a total of $85.95. Order number is [redacted]. CustomerID#970 I used a [redacted] to make the payment. After 10 days and not receiving my order, I checked the online account status. It has said "processing" since the day I placed the order. I tried calling the telephone number on the website 1[redacted] and the message says that due to high call volume, they will not answer calls and the customer is REQUIRED to send an email for any inquiries. So, on 12/18/13, I sent an inquiring email to [redacted]. I got a robo response "Thank you for contacting Frizzell Sports with regards to your order. We assure you a Frizzell Sports CSR will get back to you with your info that is being requested. Thank you for choosing Frizzell Sports. [redacted] I received no follow up from the company, so on 12/19/13, I again tried calling 1[redacted] and got the same message that call volume was high and the customer is required to send an email. So, once again, I sent an email to [redacted] and got the exact same robo response as yesterday. Since there has been no action on the item, I tried to cancel the order on their website but I was unable to because it says the item is "processing".I am frustrated that this company has been so unresponsive and I am wondering if this is a bogus company. I'm also very concerned because they now have my [redacted] information.Desired Settlement: I would like a definitive status update on my order and confirmation that my [redacted] information is secure.

Review: Failure to acknowledge an order placed for a softball bat, no response to e-mail message on the order, no response to phone call message left.

I order a Mattingly V Grip, V Force bat 30" 18 oz. on 7/24 with the order confirmation #715 from website when I ordered. Site stated shipment 24-48 hours after placement of order. I e-mailed the company on 7/30 asking status of the order since my daughter needed it for a softball tryout on 8/10 and needed to practice with it. Upon logging into the site, it showed no order was placed by me. I called the company on 8/1 asking for a return phone call or response to my email message: have heard nothing back from the company and it is now 8/9. They have my credit card information and I don't know if they will be processing the card and sending the bat or not. In the meantime, I had to purchase the bat from another company so my daughter had it to use. The customer service of this company is very poor and I want it known that my experience was a very negative one. Still would like the bat if they ever plan to process the order and ship the bat. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like the order to be processed and the bat shipped.

Mattingly Sports went out of business in January 1 2013. They are no longer making baseball and softball products. We had removed all of their products from out web site. At least we had thought so. The bat customer has ordered is not in product and not in stock. She was notified of the such via email and through her shopping cart on our site. I am dumbfounded by the complaint, as she has been notified about the business no longer in existence, she has not been charged on credit card and she has been reminded so more then one time.

I received no email message stating order was not processed, did receive a confirmation with the order number that I gave you that the order was placed, received no message through the shopping cart that the product was not available. Received no return phone call when I left a message.

Since you claim you sent a message via e-mail, I'd really like to see it because I was not informed. What was the date of your message? Again, I think your company can improve your customer service.

I agree the credit card was not charged.

When I go onto your website this morning (8/19), the Mattingly Bats are no longer available, and as a follow-up, I was able to find them through another company and purchase them.

Review: Placed order for weighted baseballs and was told it had been shipped. Never received. Tried to call, but just get a voicemail. I was never informed about the status of my order until I emailed 4x's and then was told there would be a delay but gave no other information. I waited an additional week and still nothing. I asked for a refund and was told he'd take care of that. Still no refund, no receipt, no products. Nothing. Wish I would have seen all the complaints before I placed my order. Not sure how this guy is allowed to still operate and steal people's $.Desired Settlement: I would like my $96.95 back that he charged my credit card and I have yet to receive goods.

These power force balls are in stock and have shipped from the Manuf. in a timely manner. Because of the weight of these balls they are dropped shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received a tracking # for the supposed package in the mail. If it was shipped where's the tracking #? I also still have not received the product. I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges with them.

Review: Ordered a product that was out of stock however was charged for it. Have not re dived no refund or product.

The product was power force training baseballs one dozen. My customer ID number was [redacted] order number [redacted] placed order on 4-10-13. On 4-11-13 I was debited $96.95 for the order. After a week I called [redacted] at frizzel who stated that the balls were out of stock and the money was refunded and could take up to 24 to 72 hours to receive. After another week I called [redacted] back and told him the money was not credited back to my account. At that time [redacted] stated that he did not even run my debit card because they don't debit the account until order is shipped. This changed because he told me it would be refunded back to my account. I used a debit card to order product. Sent [redacted]. Copy of my bank statement showing where the money and when the money was taken out for the order. I contacted [redacted] again on 4-29-13 by email to let him know that money was not credited and no product. I asked if I couldn't get my money could he ship the product that I ordered and paid for. He stated they were out of stock for three weeks and that he remembered refunding my money. [redacted] said it was the banks fault [redacted] which it isn't. My debit card was used for this order and frizzel sports ran it through and got $96.95 .Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. The product I ordered has been reordered through another company in which I have received.

Customer credit card was only "authorized" for the product ordered. Customer had two different orders in house, one shipped one did not. Customer credit card authorization was removed or voided. We did not charge her credit card because the order did not ship. It has come to our conclusion customer had so many orders with different companies she is getting her charges mixed up. At this time we do not owe her any money. Nor do we practice in charging credit cards and not ship the product. Customer extremely confused.

I am not at all confused and also for this company to even act like they know me by stating I had many different orders with other companies is really stupid on their behalf. How could any professional so called business even state this and also state that I'm extremely confused. I sent this company proof that they took money out of my account and they say I'm confused. I can honestly say this company is a rip off and really extremely confused!!!

Review: Have no received my order which was placed on 6/22/2014--today is 7/11/2014 I have tried to contact the company by phone as well as email and have yet to get a response. I've tried both numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. The 877 number give you the option to speak to someone however it never allows you to speak to anyone--hangs up on you. The other number is a male voice and asks you to leave a message. This must be a drop shipping operation with no inventory and no customer service run by one person out of a home. My payment was made through Paypal and processed immediately when I placed my order. I was able to login to my account and see the status of my order, however now it looks as though my account has been deleted--the website says there is no account associated with my email?When I was able to login the status was in process and said I could not cancel my order.My order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund my money and stop doing business in this manner or get out of business. People should not have to deal with a company that continues to operate in tho manner.

Review: I ordered a product on Jan. 7,2014. They billed my credit card on the Jan. bill, but I have yet to receive the merchandise ordered. When trying to contact them by phone to talk to customer service no answer. Sent e-mail and finally got a reply Feb 5th with an apology and explaination, but nothing since.Desired Settlement: I would still love to receive what I ordered and payed for. It would help to have some sort of communication as to why you take my money but still refuse to send the product. Would love to know that they had to take down their web site so nobody else could get had!

Review: I have emailed the company and left 2 voice mails with no response. The item I had ordered was never delivered. After the 1st voice mail my login account to Frizzell Sports was turned off and I was then unable to even pull up to look at my account with them and the status of the order. The 2nd voice mail I left I advised that I would be reporting them and filing a claim with Paypal to get my money returned.Desired Settlement: Have this company looked into for fraud.

thank you for contacting us. First of all, if you had listened to the message on the Frizzell Sports phone system it would have mentioned to contact us via email. We have yet to see that email. Secondly, if your item did not ship, in your shopping cart it would have indicated as backordered and your credit card was NOT charged.

Review: I order a pair of sunglasses on February 12, 2014. As of March 17, 2014, I have not received the glasses. I have emailed multiple times and only received an automated response that the matter is being looked into. I called the phone number on the website and got an automated response that states they cannot handle the call volume and to email with concerns. I am unable to cancel the order on the website because the order says that it is "in process."Desired Settlement: Confirmation that my order is cancelled and that my credit card will not be charged.

I am really sorry but I am not recalling any emails from you. Regardless, that is either here nor there at this time. I did look at your shopping cart on our system. Yes you ordered a pair of sunglasses. You could have logged into your cart and noticed your item was on back order. Furthermore, you should have received the email from your cart/system indicating such. Secondly, you used PayPal Express for your payment. PayPal express charges the card, we do not, regardless if the item is in stock or not. Keep that in mind for future orders as no buyer has control of card being charged using Paypal. Finally, I have refunded your PayPal account accordingly, you should see the amount back in your PayPal account with in minutes.
