Froerer Real Estate and Property Management, LLC Reviews (3)

I have spoken to the tenants on this account and gone thru the issues in the complaint and we have resolved some of the charges and he has made payment on the account for the remaining balance. The account was sent to collections and according to the collection company it had not been fully...

processed yet and they have closed it out. On the issue of water at the home durring the time the home was rented I am not a waire of this. I have gone back thru the Work orders and they look to be in order with timely response to things reported. Also the home was listed for sale the last few months as per there contract and we did enter with giving notice to tenants. There was one issue of another agent not getting our ok to enter after that the type of lock box on the property was changed to they had to get a code to enter.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: One of the apartments was a mutual lease agreement for peaceful termination of the lease, which also included that neither party ever talk about it with third parties, the agreement never was filed with any courts and it was never a problem until recently with this property The cove on Bruce Street, I'm in the process of conversations with the lawyers who only drew up the agreement and never had any part to do with the signing of it, the signing of the agreement were between me and on site management only, and so until I further converse with their office to see where and who caused this bad derogatory reference from one of the managements, I will not let this go, because I sill do believe their is no legal reason for turning me down as a potential tenant in any apartment complex, I have been renting apartments since the age of 14 and I'm in my 40's and I rented in 3 different states and never had any bad references from any where ever lived and not to mention my history of residing in an apartment is like 3-4 years or more on more then an average basis, and my rent is always paid on time and in full and even 3-4 days early. Also have never had any complaints and believe personally and professionally and legally should be given the chance to rent from The Cove on Bruce Street and raise my 10 year old son in the area where he already goes to school and plays football for. I know it would be hard to hear a tenant say they legally can't talk about something although with no other proof of badness, then take it as not all bad and legally respect the terms and conditions of a mutual agreement, also give credit where it is due for not just leaving that residence off my application ( which would be lieing and I won't do that about the places I've lived good or bad ) I legally can't even give a copy of the agreement unless ok'd by the law office who wrote it for that property management, although I could privately give management for The cove on Bruce Street the law offices number and name, although I won't in this Revdex.com response to another problem. Then the other property issue was legally dismissed and legally can't be held against me because it was dismissed and that one you do have a copy of on file that went with my original application to rent from your property.I'd think that 1 or 2 neutral situations in over 27 years of renting in 3 different states and owning 1 home in one state, shouldn't effect me like this, with all the proper documentations backing my and my statements and that I don't try to hide the information. We are only human are we not? I'm still hoping for a reconsideration from your office.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

In reviewing the application for the place that this prospective tenant applied for it was found that her past landlord references were not good. The past two places that she rented from both ended with the courts or attorneys being involved. And in speaking with the past managers of these...

places and the information that the applicant provided we were not comfortable renter to them at any of our properties that we manage. I am sorry that they are having a hard time finding a place and wish them the best in there search for a new home.
