I am rejecting this response because: We have not received any of the items in our contract with Frog Pro Services: $refund, year full parts and labor warranty, and Honeywell wifi thermostat[redacted] and I never received a check from Frog Pro ServicesSomeone else must have received and cashed the check--bank fraudIf you look at the text messages between us and Shawn Lafferty of Frog Pro Services, he alludes to sending the check to the wrong addressSee [redacted] ***'s response below.Regards, [redacted] ,This is absolutely not my signature! Nor would I have signed the check over to to pay to the order of anyone.Also, the check is dated 3/27/which is well after the time documented in the communications with Frog Pro Services personnel where I asked when the check would be sent and they stated that the check had supposedly been sent (to the incorrect address) and cashed and that they were trying to recover the funds through their bank[redacted] ***

Hi [redacted] , Thank you for reaching out to us today I had no idea this had escalated to this point When Mr& Mrs [redacted] purchased the new heating and air-conditioning system they wanted us to install it quickly due to the fact they had Columbia Gas out installing a new gas line hook up as this was a electric to gas conversion The ***'s purchased a single stage single speed gas furnace with a standard air conditioning systemOn the day of the installation our Lennox distribution center did not have the standard single stage single speed gas furnace in stock At which point they upgraded the furnace for the ***'s from the single single stage single speed to the two stage variable speed furnace at no additional chargeRoughly a upgrade At that time the ***'s were happy with the upgrade and we proceeded to install the system It wasn't until around a week later Mrand Mrs [redacted] contacted us with questions about the system having more parts and possibly more expensive repairs in the futureI let Mrand Mrs [redacted] know at the time there wasn't much that can be done the system was already installedI let them know if they wanted we would absolutely remove that system and reinstall the standard equipment as soon it was available from our distributorThey declined Mrand Mrs [redacted] already had a standard year parts warranty with the current system, we increased that warranty period to years for the ***'sAlso at the time we told them we had no problem upgrading their thermostat to a more modern ready thermostatAt which time we felt we had already went above and beyond for the ***'sAt this time the [redacted] we're still not happyI again let Mr [redacted] know that we had no problem coming out and removing the equipmentI let him know that it would be very expensive for us to do soAt that point the owner of our company gave me permission to refund a portion of the costBasically what we would of had in removing and reinstalling the other equipmentWe did at that time refund Mr [redacted] $via check that was cashed suspiciously by a neighborWe then had an additional $refund straight through our credit card merchant account that we can provide documentation forWe feel like we have been blackmailed and borderline extorted throughout this process with the ***'sWe hope this can bring a final resolution as we would like to move forward and discontinue any future services with the ***'s Thank you, Derrickwww.444FROG.com

I am rejecting this response because: There was absolutely no mention of a gift certificate I will not use their services again I called the manufacturer for an accredited service company They sent me a very qualified serviceman who determined that the thermostat was improperly installed It was set up for a gas furnace and a/c It needed to be set for a heat pump and electric furnace Since they installed my unit I would think they would know how to properly install a thermostat Also, why were NONE of my calls for service over weeks of calls never answered? If I had a credit coming, wouldn't they want to get it off the books? They ignored my repeated calls for weeks I deserve the refund

Again, we repeat the same thingThe system would have NEVER operators if the thermostat was set for gas when *** has an ALL ELECTRIC systemThis is impossible per the manufacture specificationsSomeone has given her information in regards to this systemAlso, we only charge *** for one service call even though we had been to her residence mutilple times for service and could not get in as it a secure building with common hallwaysWe told *** we would give her a gift certificate to use towards future services in a sign of going above and beyond as we owe her nothing at this point

Hi, I believe *** has mis understood her warrantyAlso we made separate trips with no *** at the door with out billing her a dime for each of themThere is a service charge anytime we have to go out to inspect or “service” a system regardless if it’s been installed for month or

Job was never paid for twice. This was more then an Air conditioning and heating system install. Floors were installed, trim, granite counter tops, sink and plumbing. There was also 3 days of water mitigation and clean up. Frog pro was paid for only the heating system. We told the [redacted]s at the time...

there would be additional cost. There was an additional check sent to us by [redacted]. We found out that [redacted] deposited the check that was suppose to be credited to Frog Pro Services. The job as for 7674.00. The [redacted]s paid 4300.00 not 4650.00. They told us [redacted] did not deposit the check. We then revived an additional check from [redacted] that [redacted] signed over directly to us. So we told the [redacted]s if it wasn’t [redacted] who deposited the first check and we got our equipment back we would then refund the amount of the heating system only 4300.00 as the other work was completed by a sub contractor of our and could not be returned.

unfortunately Mr. [redacted] has some conflicts. "Free service" isn't something he paid for. We never promised free services to Mr. [redacted]. We did service his system one time precious to this call in which he never paid. Now Mr. [redacted] is frustrated we have refused to do any future services until paid in...

full for our past service. During that time he had an electrical issue we fixed for Mr. [redacted] and let him know the electric panel would need upgraded soon. Payment was not made. We couldn't stay in business if our customers refused to pay, then wanted free futures services as well.

They declined Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] already had a standard 10 year parts warranty with the current system, we increased that warranty period to 15 years for the [redacted]'s. Also at the time we told them we had no problem upgrading their thermostat to a more modern Wi-Fi ready thermostat. At which time we felt we had already went above and beyond for the [redacted]'s. At this time the [redacted] we're still not happy. I again let Mr. [redacted] know that we had no problem coming out and removing the equipment. I let him know that it would be very expensive for us to do so. At that point the owner of our company gave me permission to refund a portion of the cost. Basically what we would of had in removing and reinstalling the other equipment. We did at that time refund Mr. [redacted] $900 via check that was cashed suspiciously by a neighbor. We then had an additional $900 refund straight through our credit card merchant account that we can provide documentation for. I am rejecting this response because:they are lieing, they installed the unit and were supposed to have a 1 time check up.they kept promiseing to show up, but never did.you cannot believe a word they say.
