I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do find it disturbing that *** *** has chosen to demean me by referencing some imagined "encounter" that he supposedly heard. My teenage son's room is right next to the filter that was installedIf anything inappropriate was going on he would have heard too. That being said, I am glad that *** *** acknowledges that he owes me the refund and will consider this resolved once the refund is received and has cleared the bankI'll be happy to put this behind me.

For the most part the complainant's statements are correct However, the part about me returning with a refund is not correct It goes through our office and her check would have been sent out approx1-weeks after the cancellationBear in mind, we cancelled *** *** She did
not cancel us However, *** *** is entitled to $refund and that process is taking place Background and reason for cancellation: Approximately one month after starting the service, *** *** and her live in boyfriend at the time, *** *** *** requested a new pump and filter to be installed on their pool As you may or may not be aware, we are a family owned company and as our motto goes, pools are backyard fun, it is not uncommon on the weekends to have one of our two children accompany me on a job to make their allowance Bear in mind, this only happens on weekends On this particular Saturday that I installed their new equipment, I had my daughter, ***, who is y.owith me *** *** came outside and told me her boyfriend was asleep on the couch but that she would be in her room and for me to just tap on the window if I needed anything The window to her room sits just above where the work needed to be performed Within minutes of our conversation, it was more than apparent that *** *** had been awakened and made his way into the above mentioned bedroom My daughter and myself were then subjected to the "encounter" that followed between *** *** and *** *** From that point on, there was an uneasy feeling and any further services to be performed were scheduled when we did not feel that *** *** or *** *** would not be home I will again agree that *** *** has a refund of $coming to her and that will be paid Hopefully, this will resolve the issue Should you need anymore information regarding this complaint, you can feel free to call me directly at *** or email me at this email address at any time Thank you *** ***
